Abstract

Disclosed is a horizontal anaerobic digestion apparatus for processing organic waste containing a high concentration solid. The present high rate dry-type anaerobic digestion apparatus for processing highly concentrated organic waste may comprise: a body part including an upper part, the upper end of which is arranged to have a predetermined curvature and the lower end of which is connected to the upper end, so that an anaerobic digestion process of organic waste containing high concentration of solids is conducted therein; a spiral screw stirring part horizontally disposed in the body part to stir the introduced wastewater containing organic waste; a solid-liquid separation part disposed in the body part or connected to the body part to separate the introduced wastewater into solid and liquid when wastewater having undergone the anaerobic digestion process is introduced thereinto; and a discharge guide part provided in the lower part of the body part so as to allow impurities and sludge precipitated in the anaerobic digestion process to be discharged. Accordingly, the digestion apparatus can increase the efficiency of biogas production, effectively control scum generation, and actively cope with various situations according to the concentration of solids, thereby providing convenience in operating and managing a digestion tank.

L'invention concerne un appareil de digestion anaérobie horizontal destiné à traiter des déchets organiques contenant un solide à haute concentration. Le présent appareil de digestion anaérobie de type sec à haut débit destiné à traiter des déchets organiques à haute concentration peut comprendre : une partie de corps constituée d'une partie supérieure, cette partie supérieure étant disposée de manière à avoir une courbure prédéterminée et la partie inférieure étant reliée à la partie supérieure, de telle sorte qu'un processus de digestion anaérobie de déchets organiques à haute concentration de solides est réalisé à l'intérieur de celle-ci; une partie d'agitation à vis en spirale disposée horizontalement dans la partie de corps destinée à agiter les eaux usées introduites contenant des déchets organiques; une partie de séparation solide-liquide disposée dans la partie de corps ou reliée à la partie de corps destinée à séparer les eaux usées introduites en solide et en liquide lorsque les eaux usées ayant subi le processus de digestion anaérobie y sont introduites; et une partie de guidage d'évacuation disposée dans la partie inférieure de la partie de corps de façon à permettre à des impuretés et à des boues précipitées dans le processus de digestion anaérobie d'être évacuées. Par conséquent, l'appareil de digestion peut augmenter l'efficacité de production de biogaz, réguler efficacement la génération d'écume, et réagir activement à diverses situations en fonction de la concentration de solides, ce qui facilite l'exploitation et la gestion d'une cuve de digestion.

고농도 고형물을 함유한 유기성 폐기물을 처리하는 수평형 혐기성 소화장치가 개시된다. 본 고농도 유기성 폐기물 처리를 위한 고율 건식 혐기성 소화 장치는 상부가 소정의 곡률을 갖도록 마련되는 상단부와 상기 상단부에 연결된 하단부로 구성되어, 고농도 고형물을 함유한 유기성 폐기물의 혐기성 소화 과정이 진행되도록 하는 몸체부; 상기 몸체부의 내부에 마련되되, 상기 몸체부의 수평 방향으로 배치되어, 상기 유입된 유기성 폐기물이 포함된 폐수가 교반되도록 하는 나선형 스크류 교반부; 상기 몸체부의 내부에 마련되거나, 또는 상기 몸체부와 연결되도록 마련되어, 혐기성 소화 과정을 거친 폐수가 유입되면, 상기 유입된 폐수가 고액 분리되도록 하는 고액 분리부; 및 상기 몸체부의 하부에 마련되어, 상기 혐기성 소화 과정에서 침전된 협잡물 및 슬러지가 배출되도록 하는 배출 가이드부;를 포함할 수 있다. 이에 이해, 바이오가스 생산효율을 높이고, 스컴 발생을 효과적으로 제어할 수 있으며, 고형물의 농도에 따른 다양한 상황에 능동적인 대처가 가능하도록 함으로써, 소화조 운영관리에 편의를 제공할 수 있다.
