The present invention relates to a cold-rolled steel plate for enameling and a method for manufacturing same. The cold-rolled steel plate for enameling according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises, based on wt%, 0.05 to 0.09% of C, 0.1 to 0.3% of Mn, 0.001 to 0.03% of Si, 0.01 to 0.08% of Al, 0.001 to 0.02% of S, 0.01 to 0.15% of Cu, 0.005% or less of N (excluding 0%), the balance of Fe, and inevitable impurities, wherein the area fraction of micro-voids is 0.3 to 0.8%, the relationship index of enameling defects (D) represented by [Relation Formula 1] below satisfies 0.45 to 4.50, the relationship index of adhesion (A) represented by [Relation Formulae 2 and 3] satisfies 0.007 to 0.185, and the relationship index of formability (F) satisfies 3500 to 7000. La présente invention concerne une tôle d'acier laminée à froid pour l'émaillage et son procédé de fabrication. La tôle d'acier laminée à froid pour émaillage selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend, sur la base de % en poids, de 0,05 à 0,09 % de C, de 0,1 à 0,3 % de Mn, de 0,001 à 0,03 % de Si, 0,01 à 0,08 % d'Al, de 0,001 à 0,02 % de S, de 0,01 à 0,15 % de Cu, une proportion inférieure ou égale à 0,005 % de N (autre que 0 %), le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables, la fraction surfacique de micro-vides étant située dans la plage allant de 0,3 à 0,8 %, l'indice de relation des défauts d'émaillage (D) représenté par la [formule de relation 1] ci-dessous étant situé dans la plage allant de 0,45 à 4,50, l'indice de relation d'adhérence (A) représenté par [formules de relation 2 et 3] étant situé dans la plage allant de 0,007 à 0,185, et l'indice de relation de formabilité (F) étant situé dans la plage allant de 3 500 à 7 000.
