Proposed is an arrangement structure for an electrode of a micro LED, the arrangement structure enabling the micro LED to operate without any trouble even if the left and right and the up and down of positions of an anode and a cathode constituting the electrodes of the micro LED are switched in turn. The arrangement structure comprises: a substrate having an anode and a cathode; an LED anode element which is attached to the substrate and configures an anode among electrodes of an LED element; an LED cathode element which is attached to the substrate and configures a cathode among the electrodes of the LED element; an anode application element for connecting the LED anode element and the anode of the substrate and applying current; and a cathode application element for connecting the LED cathode element and the cathode of the substrate and applying current.

L'invention concerne une structure d'agencement d'une électrode d'une micro-DEL, la structure d'agencement permettant à la micro-DEL de fonctionner sans aucun problème même si les positions gauche et droite et haute et basse d'une anode et d'une cathode constituant les électrodes de la micro-DEL sont commutées tour à tour. La structure d'agencement comprend : un substrat comportant une anode et une cathode; un élément anode de DEL qui est fixé au substrat et qui configure une anode parmi des électrodes d'un élément de DEL; un élément cathode de DEL qui est fixé au substrat et qui configure une cathode parmi les électrodes de l'élément de DEL; un élément d'application d'anode servant à connecter l'élément anode de DEL et l'anode du substrat et à appliquer un courant; et un élément d'application de cathode servant à connecter l'élément cathode de DEL et la cathode du substrat et à appliquer un courant.

마이크로 LED 의 전극을 구성하는 양극과 음극이 돌아가면서 좌우 상하가 바뀌어도 문제없이 구동을 할 수 있는 마이크로 LED 전극의 배치구조를 제시하며, 양극 및 음극을 갖는 기판; 상기 기판에 접합되고 LED 소자의 전극 중 양극을 이루는 LED양극소자; 상기 기판에 접합되고 LED소자의 전극 중 음극을 이루는 LED음극소자; 상기 LED양극소자를 상기 기판의 양극과 연결하면서 전류를 인가하는 양극인가소자; 및 상기 LED음극소자를 상기 기판의 음극과 연결하면서 전류를 인가하는 음극인가소자를 포함한다.
