La présente invention concerne un matériau d'électrode pour le traitement électrochimique de l'eau et son procédé de fabrication, et le matériau d'électrode pour le traitement électrochimique de l'eau, selon la présente invention, comprend de l'oxyde d'étain dopé à l'antimoine (SnO 2 dopé au Sb), de l'oxyde de ruthénium (RuO 2), ou de l'oxyde d'iridium (IrO 2), et est formé en une nanofibre.
