The present invention relates to a method for detecting a virus and, more particularly, to a method for detecting a virus having a lipid bilayer envelope, wherein the method enables a surface antigen, which is an envelope protein, to be effectively exposed by lipoproteins for covering all or a part of the envelope protein of the lipid bilayer so that the surface antigen, which is covered by the lipoproteins, is exposed, and thus a virus can be detected with high sensitivity in a short time by using a probe such as an antibody.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection d'un virus et, plus particulièrement, un procédé de détection d'un virus ayant une enveloppe bicouche lipidique, le procédé permettant à un antigène de surface, qui est une protéine d'enveloppe, d'être efficacement exposée par des lipoprotéines pour recouvrir tout ou partie de la protéine d'enveloppe de la bicouche lipidique de sorte que l'antigène de surface, qui est recouvert par les lipoprotéines, est exposé, et ainsi un virus peut être détecté avec une sensibilité élevée en un court laps de temps à l'aide d'une sonde telle qu'un anticorps.

본 발명은 바이러스의 검출 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 지질막 이중층 (lipid bilayer)의 외피(envelope)를 포함하는 바이러스의 검출 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 방법은 지질막 이중층의 외피 단백질의 전부 또는 일부를 가리는 지방단백질로부터 외피 단백질인 표면 항원을 효율적으로 노출시킴으로써, 상기 지방단백질에 의해 가려져 있던 표면 항원이 드러나도록 하기 때문에 항체 등의 프로브를 사용하여 빠른 시간 내에 고감도로 상기 바이러스를 검출할 수 있다.
