The present invention relates to a silicone-coating apparatus and and coating method for elastic yarn. More specifically, in order to improve workability and quality by applying an anti-slipping silicone in a state in which elastic yarn obtained by twisting a polyurethane stretch yarn and a polyester or nylon chemical yarn is stretched, a tension part in a tense state, which is generated by increasing the tension of elastic yarn, is injected into a coater during the injection of the elastic yarn obtained by twisting a polyurethane stretch yarn and a polyester or nylon chemical yarn, so that a silicone-coating solution is impregnated into the tension part in the tense state, the silicone-coating solution is dried to be silicone in the tense state, the elastic yarn is controlled so as to be reduced to a relaxed part in the relaxed state, the coating amount of silicone impregnated onto the surface of the elastic yarn is controlled in an adjuster so that the thickness and weight thereof are the same and, simultaneously, surface treatment is performed thereon so that the surface of the coating solution becomes smooth, and the relaxed part of the elastic yarn in the relaxed state is wound around a winding roller, and thus the present invention has advantages that the silicone-coating attached to the surface of the elastic yarn is not damaged even in the tense state and the reduced state, and since, during silicone-coating, silicone can be applied while a yarn passes through the surface of a coating roller immersed in the coating solution, an extruder is not used, and thus coating can be performed regardless of the thickness of the elastic yarn.

La présente invention concerne un appareil de revêtement de silicone et un procédé de revêtement pour fil élastique. Plus spécifiquement, afin d'améliorer la maniabilité et la qualité par application d'une silicone antidérapante dans un état dans lequel un fil élastique obtenu par torsion d'un fil d'étirage de polyuréthane et d'un fil chimique en polyester ou en nylon est étiré, une partie de tension dans un état tendu, qui est créé par augmentation de la tension du fil élastique, est injectée dans un dispositif de revêtement pendant l'injection du fil élastique obtenu par torsion d'un fil d'étirage de polyuréthane et d'un fil chimique de polyester ou de nylon, de telle sorte qu'une solution de revêtement de silicone est imprégnée dans la partie de tension dans l'état tendu, la solution de revêtement de silicone est séchée pour devenir une silicone à l'état tendu, le fil élastique est contrôlé de façon à être réduit en une partie relâchée à l'état relâché, la quantité de revêtement de silicone imprégnée sur la surface du fil élastique est régulée dans un dispositif de réglage de sorte que son épaisseur et son poids soient identiques et, simultanément, un traitement de surface est effectué de telle sorte que la surface de la solution de revêtement devient lisse, et la partie relâchée du fil élastique à l'état relâché est enroulée autour d'un cylindre d'enroulement, et ainsi la présente invention présente les avantages qui sont que le revêtement de silicone fixé à la surface du fil élastique n'est pas endommagé même à l'état tendu et à l'état réduit, et étant donné que, pendant le revêtement de silicone, une silicone peut être appliquée tandis qu'un fil passe par la surface d'un cylindre de revêtement immergé dans la solution de revêtement, une extrudeuse n'est pas utilisée, et ainsi le revêtement peut être effectué quelle que soit l'épaisseur du fil élastique.

본 발명은 탄성사의 실리콘 코팅장치 및 코팅방법에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 폴리우레탄의 신축사와 폴리에스테르 또는 나일론의 화섬사를 꼬임 연사한 탄성사를 인장시킨 상태에서 미끄럼 방지용 실리콘을 코팅하도록 하여 작업성과 품질을 향상시키게 하기 위해, 폴리우레탄의 신축사와 폴리에스테르 또는 나일론의 화섬사를 꼬임 연사한 탄성사를 투입시 탄성사의 장력을 긴장시킨 텐션상태인 텐션부로 코팅기로 투입하여 텐션상태인 텐션부에 실리콘 코팅액을 침투시키고 실리콘 코팅액을 텐션상태에서 실리콘을 건조시키고 다시 탄성사를 수축시킨 느슨해진 이완상태인 이완부로 조절하여 조절기에서 탄성사의 표면에 침투한 실리콘 도포량을 두께와 무게를 동일하게 조절함과 동시에 코팅액의 표면을 매끈하게 표면처리하여 탄성사의 느슨한 이완상태인 이완부로 귄치롤러에 권취하도록 하여 탄성사가 긴장상태와 수축상태에서도 탄성사의 표면에 달라붙은 실리콘 코팅이 손상되지 않는 이점과, 실리콘 코팅시 코팅액이 담긴 코팅롤러의 표면을 거치면서 실리콘 코팅을 할수 있어 압출기를 사용하지 않아 탄성사의 굵기에 상관없이 코팅을 가능케 하는 이점이 있는 것입니다.
