The present invention comprises: a pipe including an inlet portion communicating with the inside of an object to be cooled and a discharge portion communicating with the outside thereof and receiving a coolant which is transferred therethrough to the inside/outside; an internal heat exchanger connected to the pipe disposed inside the object to be cooled; and an external heat exchanger connected to the pipe disposed outside the object to be cooled, wherein the coolant comprises a solvent received in the pipe and a phase change material (Na(CH3COO)3H2O) which is determined by a test apparatus and is introduced into the object to be cooled through the inlet portion and discharged to the outside of the object to be cooled through the discharge portion, to be circulated to the inside and outside of the object to be cooled along the pipe, thereby discharging heat inside the object to be cooled to the outside.

La présente invention comprend : un tuyau comprenant une partie d'entrée communiquant avec l'intérieur d'un objet à refroidir et une partie d'évacuation communiquant avec l'extérieur de celui-ci et recevant un fluide de refroidissement qui est transféré à travers celui-ci vers l'intérieur/l'extérieur ; un échangeur de chaleur interne relié au tuyau disposé à l'intérieur de l'objet à refroidir ; et un échangeur de chaleur externe relié au tuyau disposé à l'extérieur de l'objet à refroidir, le fluide de refroidissement comprenant un solvant reçu dans le tuyau et un matériau à changement de phase (Na(CH3COO)3H2O), déterminé par un dispositif d'essai, qui est introduit dans l'objet à refroidir par la partie d'entrée et évacué à l'extérieur de l'objet à refroidir par la partie d'évacuation, le fluide de refroidissement étant destiné à circuler à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'objet à refroidir le long du tuyau, permettant ainsi d'évacuer la chaleur située à l'intérieur de l'objet à refroidir vers l'extérieur.

본 발명은 냉각대상의 내부로 연통된 인입부와 외부로 연통된 배출부를 포함하며, 내/외부에 냉각재가 수용되어 이송되는 배관; 상기 냉각 대상 내부에 구비되는 배관에 연결된 내부열교환기; 및 상기 냉각 대상 외부에 구비되는 배관에 연결된 외부열교환기;를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 냉각재는 상기 배관 내에 수용된 용매와, 상기 인입부를 통해 냉각 대상 내부로 인입되고, 배출부를 통해 냉각 대상 외부로 배출되며, 상기 배관을 따라 냉각 대상 내부와 외부로 순환됨으로써, 상기 냉각 대상 내부의 열을 외부로 배출시키는 시험장치에 의해 결정된 상변환물질(Na(CH3COO)3H2O)인 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
