The present invention relates to a two-part gel composition for forming a coating film for scar reduction, comprising a first silicone liquid and a second silicone liquid, wherein the first silicone liquid may comprise: a film-forming silicone polymer comprising a platinum catalyst; and a silicone polymer for dilution, and the second silicone liquid may comprise: a curing time-regulating silicone polymer; and a silicone polymer for dilution. As such, unlike existing coating films for scar reduction, the composition of the present invention for forming a coating film for scar reduction is provided as a two-part gel composition which can be filled in each part of a dual container, and while being coated evenly on the skin with a healed wound or a scar, the composition is immediately cured on the skin, forming a film for scar reduction via a mixed reaction of the film-forming silicone polymer comprising a platinum catalyst, the curing time-regulating silicone polymer, and the silicone polymer for dilution. Such a silicone film formed on the healed wound through the above process is quickly cured to rapidly adhere to the skin; can inhibit exogenous infections by keeping microorganisms from propagating; exhibits desirable oxygen permeability, UV blocking ability, skin adhesion, tensile strength, waterproofing performance, etc.; and is free of any detectable heavy metals, and thus provides desirable effects in improving skin condition or reducing scars.

La présente invention concerne une composition de gel en deux parties pour former un film de revêtement pour la réduction de cicatrice, comprenant un premier liquide siliconique et un second liquide siliconique, le premier liquide siliconique pouvant comprendre : un polymère de silicone filmogène comprenant un catalyseur au platine ; et un polymère de silicone pour dilution, et le second liquide siliconique pouvant comprendre : un polymère de silicone de régulation du temps de durcissement ; et un polymère de silicone pour dilution. Ainsi, contrairement aux films de revêtement existants pour la réduction de cicatrice, la composition de la présente invention pour former un film de revêtement pour la réduction de cicatrice est fournie sous la forme d'une composition de gel en deux parties qui peut être remplie dans chaque partie d'un récipient double, et tout en étant appliquée de manière uniforme sur la peau présentant une plaie cicatrisée ou une cicatrice, la composition est immédiatement durcie sur la peau, formant un film pour la réduction de cicatrice par l'intermédiaire d'une réaction mixte du polymère de silicone filmogène comprenant un catalyseur au platine, du polymère de silicone de régulation de temps de durcissement, et du polymère de silicone pour dilution. Un tel film de silicone formé sur la plaie cicatrisée par le procédé ci-dessus est rapidement durci pour adhérer rapidement à la peau ; permet d'inhiber des infections exogènes en empêchant les microorganismes de se propager ; présente une perméabilité à l'oxygène, une capacité de blocage des UV, une adhérence à la peau, une résistance à la traction, une performance d'imperméabilisation, etc. souhaitables ; et est exempt de métaux lourds détectables, et procure ainsi des effets souhaitables dans l'amélioration de l'état de la peau ou la réduction des cicatrices.

본 발명은 흉터개선용 피복 필름 형성을 위한 하기의 제1실리콘 액상과 제2실리콘 액상의 이액형 겔 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 제1실리콘 액상은, 백금촉매가 포함된 필름형성 실리콘 중합체; 및, 희석용 실리콘 중합체;를 포함할 수 있고, 제2실리콘 액상은, 경화시간 조절 실리콘 중합체; 및, 희석용 실리콘 중합체;를 포함할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 흉터개선용 피복 필름 형성을 위한 조성물은, 기존의 흉터개선용 피복용 필름과 달리 이액형 겔 조성물로 제공되고, 듀얼 용기 내에 각각 충진하여 아문 상처 또는 흉터가 있는 피부에 균일하게 도포된 상태에서 백금촉매가 포함된 필름형성 실리콘 중합체, 경화시간 조절 실리콘 중합체 및 희석용 실리콘 중합체의 혼합반응을 통해 즉시 피부에서 경화되어 흉터개선용 필름이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 과정을 통해 아문 상처 위에 형성된 실리콘 필름은 경화가 빨라, 피부에 신속하게 밀착되며, 미생물이 번식하지 않아 외부감염을 억제할 수 있고, 산소투과능, 자외선 차단능, 피부부착능, 인장강도, 방수능 등이 뛰어나고 중금속이 검출되지 않아 피부상태의 개선 또는 흉터개선 효과가 우수함이 확인된다.
