The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a reduced graphene oxide of which the element composition ratio is adjusted and, more specifically, the objective of the present invention is to provide a technique capable of adjusting the composition ratio of elements through a simple process that changes the temperature of a graphene oxide in an aqueous state. The present invention, according to various embodiments, controls an element composition ratio only through a change in the temperature of an aqueous system without additional additives by using metastable state characteristics of graphene itself, thereby enabling mass production without the occurrence of defects and the manufacture of reduced graphene oxide without a structural modification thereof. In addition, the reduced graphene oxide can be applied to a separation membrane, which requires the control of performance such as water permeability and gas permeability, and can change a property of a nonconductor to a property of a conductor by controlling an electrical property, thereby being applicable to various fields such as that of electrodes and electrical elements requiring conductivity control.

La présente invention concerne une méthode de fabrication d'un oxyde de graphène réduit dont le rapport de composition d'élément est ajusté et, plus spécifiquement, l'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir une technique capable d'ajuster le rapport de composition d'éléments par l'intermédiaire d'un processus simple qui change la température d'un oxyde de graphène dans un état aqueux. La présente invention, selon divers modes de réalisation, contrôle un rapport de composition d'élément uniquement par l'intermédiaire d'un changement de la température d'un système aqueux sans additifs supplémentaires en utilisant des caractéristiques d'état métastable du graphène lui-même, ce qui permet une production de masse sans l'apparition de défauts et la fabrication d'oxyde de graphène réduit sans modification structurelle de celui-ci. De plus, l'oxyde de graphène réduit peut être appliqué sur une membrane de séparation, ce qui nécessite le contrôle de performances telles que la perméabilité à l'eau et la perméabilité au gaz, et peut modifier une propriété d'un non conducteur en une propriété d'un conducteur par contrôle d'une propriété électrique, ce qui peut être appliqué à divers domaines tels que celui des électrodes et des éléments électriques nécessitant un contrôle de conductivité.

본 발명은 원소 구성 비율이 조절된 환원된 산화 그래핀의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 수계 상태에서 산화 그래핀의 온도를 변화시키는 간단한 공정을 통해 원소의 구성 비율을 조절할 수 있는 기술을 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 본 발명의 여러 구현예에 따르면, 산화 그래핀 자체의 준 안정 상태 특성을 이용하여 별도의 첨가제 없이 수계에서 온도 변화로만 원소의 구성 비율을 제어하여, 결함이 발생하지 않고 대량 생산이 가능하며 구조적 변형이 없는 환원된 산화 그래핀을 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 환원된 산화 그래핀은 수 투과도 및 기체 투과도 등의 성능 제어가 필요한 분리막에 응용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 전기적 성질을 제어하여 부도체의 성질을 도체의 성질로 변환시킬 수 있으므로 전도도 제어가 필요한 전극, 전기 소자 등의 다양한 분야에도 적용이 가능한 효과를 나타낸다.
