The present invention relates to a method for forming a reinforcement structure, and the reinforcement structure. The method for forming a reinforcement structure according to the present invention may include: a first forming step of bending an edge of a steel plate in a first direction to form a side flange, which forms a flange angle with the bottom surface of the steel plate; a second forming step of bending the steel plate in a second direction to form a pair of side wall flanges, and bending at least a portion of the side flange in a direction opposite the first direction; and a third forming step of bending the side flange in the first direction.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation d'une structure de renforcement et la structure de renforcement. Le procédé de formation d'une structure de renforcement selon la présente invention peut comprendre : une première étape de formation consistant à plier un bord d'une plaque d'acier dans une première direction pour former une bride latérale, qui forme un angle de bride avec la surface inférieure de la plaque d'acier ; une deuxième étape de formation consistant à plier la plaque d'acier dans une seconde direction pour former une paire de brides de paroi latérale et à plier au moins une partie de la bride latérale dans une direction opposée à la première direction ; et une troisième étape de formation consistant à plier la bride latérale dans la première direction.

본 발명은 보강구조체의 성형방법 및 보강구조체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 보강구조체의 성형방법은 강판의 테두리를 제1 방향으로 접어 올려 상기 강판의 밑면과 플랜지각도를 형성하는 사이드플랜지를 형성하는 제1 성형단계;와, 상기 강판을 제2 방향으로 접어 한 쌍의 측벽플랜지를 성형함과 동시에 상기 사이드플랜지의 적어도 일부를 상기 제1 방향과 반대방향으로 굽히는 제2 성형단계; 및 상기 사이드플랜지를 상기 제1 방향으로 접어 올리는 제3 성형단계;를 포함할 수 있다.
