Disclosed is a crash pad duct assembly with a hermetically sealed coupling structure. The crash pad duct assembly with the hermetically sealed coupling structure, according to the present invention, comprises: a crash pad in which at least one air vent adjacent to a window is formed; a duct portion, provided at a lower portion of the crash pad, for transferring air of a vehicle air conditioning system to a window side through an open end communicating with the air vent; a sealing portion made of an elastic material protruding in a ring shape along a circumference of the open end by means of double injection so as to be integrated with the duct portion; and a coupling portion that guides a sliding coupling between the crash pad and the duct portion, and is configured to gradually pressurize the sealing portion to allow communication between the air vent and the open end in a closed state. According to the present invention, since the ring-shaped sealing portion is double injected to be integrated with the open end of the duct portion that discharges the air of the vehicle air conditioning system, the sealing property between the duct portion and the crash pad is uniform and consistent, such that poor sealing and discharge noise can be effectively reduced, and durability against vibration can be secured.

L'invention concerne un ensemble conduit de rembourrage de sécurité doté d'une structure d'accouplement hermétiquement scellée. L'ensemble conduit de rembourrage de sécurité doté de la structure d'accouplement hermétiquement scellée, selon la présente invention, comprend : un rembourrage de sécurité dans lequel au moins un évent d'air adjacent à une fenêtre est formé ; une partie de conduit, disposée au niveau d'une partie inférieure du rembourrage de sécurité, permettant de transférer l'air d'un système de climatisation de véhicule à un côté fenêtre par l'intermédiaire d'une extrémité ouverte communiquant avec l'évent d'air ; une partie d'étanchéité constituée d'un matériau élastique faisant saillie en forme d'anneau le long d'une circonférence de l'extrémité ouverte au moyen d'une double injection de façon à être intégrée à la partie de conduit ; et une partie d'accouplement qui guide un accouplement coulissant entre le rembourrage de sécurité et la partie de conduit, et est conçue pour mettre sous pression progressivement la partie d'étanchéité afin de permettre une communication entre l'évent d'air et l'extrémité ouverte dans un état fermé. Selon la présente invention, étant donné que la partie d'étanchéité en forme d'anneau est doublement injectée afin d'être intégrée à l'extrémité ouverte de la partie de conduit qui évacue l'air du système de climatisation de véhicule, la propriété d'étanchéité entre la partie de conduit et le rembourrage de sécurité est uniforme et constante, de telle sorte qu'une mauvaise étanchéité et un bruit d'évacuation peuvent être efficacement réduits, et une durabilité contre les vibrations peut être assurée.

밀폐결합구조의 크래시패드 덕트조립체가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 밀폐결합구조의 크래시패드 덕트조립체는, 윈도우에 인접한 적어도 하나 이상의 송풍구가 형성된 크래시패드; 상기 크래시패드의 하부에 구비되어 상기 송풍구와 연통되는 개구단을 통해 차량 공조시스템의 공기를 윈도우측으로 송출하는 덕트부; 상기 덕트부와 일체를 이루도록 이중사출에 의해 상기 개구단의 둘레를 따라 링형상으로 돌출형성되는 탄성소재의 실링부; 및 상기 크래시패드와 상기 덕트부 간의 슬라이딩결합을 안내하며 점차 상기 실링부를 가압하도록 이루어져 상기 송풍구와 상기 개구단 간을 밀폐상태로 연통시키는 결합부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 차량 공조시스템의 공기를 토출하는 덕트부의 개구단과 일체를 이루도록 이중사출된 링형상의 실링부로 인해 덕트부와 크래시패드 간의 밀폐성이 균일하고 일정한 품질로 이루어짐에 따라 밀폐 불량과 토출 소음이 효과적으로 저감될 수 있고, 진동에 대한 내구성이 확보될 수 있다.
