An apparatus for analyzing food nutrient intake amount according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a weight measurement part which has a shelf part capable of rotating in a state in which food is placed thereon, and a weight sensor, and obtains weight data on the food; a volume measurement part which obtains volume data on the food from a two-dimensional curvature image of the food rotated by the weight measurement part; an optical spectrum measurement part which obtains optical spectrum information about a specific point on the food rotated by the weight measurement part; and an analysis part which calculates weight information and volume information on the food by using the weight data and the volume data, respectively, and analyzes the nutrient composition ratio of the food and the content of each nutrient in the food by using the weight information, the volume information, and the optical spectrum information.

Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un appareil d'analyse de quantité d'absorption de nutriment alimentaire comprenant : une partie de mesure de poids qui comporte une partie d'étagère apte à tourner dans un état dans lequel un aliment est placé sur celle-ci, et un capteur de poids, et qui obtient des données de poids sur l'aliment ; une partie de mesure de volume qui obtient des données de volume sur l'aliment à partir d'une image de courbure bidimensionnelle de l'aliment mis en rotation par la partie de mesure de poids ; une partie de mesure de spectre optique qui obtient des informations de spectre optique à propos d'un point spécifique sur l'aliment mis en rotation par la partie de mesure de poids ; et une partie d'analyse qui calcule des informations de poids et des informations de volume sur l'aliment en utilisant respectivement les données de poids et les données de volume, et analyse le taux de composition nutritive de l'aliment et le contenu de chaque nutriment dans l'aliment au moyen des informations de poids, des informations de volume et des informations de spectre optique.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 식품 영양소 섭취량 분석 장치는 음식물을 올려 놓은 상태로 회전할 수 있는 선반부 및 무게 센서를 구비하여 상기 음식물의 무게 데이터를 획득하는 무게 측정부, 상기 무게 측정부에 의해 회전하는 음식물에 대한 2차원 곡률 이미지로부터 상기 음식물의 부피 데이터를 획득하는 부피 측정부, 상기 무게 측정부에 의해 회전하는 음식물의 특정 지점에 대한 광 스펙트럼 정보를 획득하는 광 스펙트럼 측정부 및 상기 무게 데이터 및 부피 데이터를 이용하여 상기 음식물의 무게 정보 및 부피 정보를 각각 계산하고, 상기 무게 정보, 부피 정보 및 광 스펙트럼 정보를 이용하여 상기 음식물의 영양소 성분비와 영양소별 함량을 분석하는 분석부를 포함한다.
