Abstract

The present invention relates to a secondary battery capable of improving a venting pressure distribution. In addition, the present invention relates to a secondary battery comprising: an electrode assembly; a can member for accommodating the electrode assembly therein; and a top cap assembly for covering the opening of the can member, wherein the top cap assembly comprises a top cap positioned on a top part and a safety vent part positioned below the top cap, and the safety vent part comprises a breaking part which breaks when the internal pressure in the can member increases above a predetermined level; a breaking notch part for forming a boundary of the breaking part; and a bending notch part formed at a position spaced apart from the breaking notch part toward the center of the breaking part, on the bottom surface of the breaking part facing the inside of the can member, and the bending notch part is bent when the internal pressure in the can member increases.

La présente invention concerne une batterie secondaire permettant d'améliorer la distribution de pression de ventilation. De plus, la présente invention concerne une batterie secondaire comprenant : un ensemble électrode ; un élément boîte pour recevoir l'ensemble électrode à l'intérieur de celui-ci ; et un ensemble capuchon supérieur pour recouvrir l'ouverture de l'élément boîte, l'ensemble capuchon supérieur comprenant un capuchon supérieur positionné sur une partie supérieure et une partie évent de sécurité positionnée sous le capuchon supérieur, et la partie évent de sécurité comprenant une partie de rupture qui se rompt lorsque la pression interne dans l'élément boîte dépasse un niveau prédéterminé ; une partie encoche de rupture pour former une limite de la partie de rupture ; et une partie encoche de courbure formée à distance de la partie encoche de rupture vers le centre de la partie de rupture, sur la surface inférieure de la partie de rupture faisant face à l'intérieur de l'élément boîte, et la partie encoche de courbure étant courbée lorsque la pression interne dans l'élément boîte augmente.

본 발명은 벤팅(venting)압 산포를 개선할 수 있는 이차전지에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 전극 조립체, 상기 전극 조립체를 내부에 수용하는 캔부재 및 상기 캔부재의 개구부를 덮는 탑캡 조립체를 포함하는 이차전지에 있어서, 상기 탑캡 조립체는 최상부에 위치되는 탑캡과 상기 탑캡의 하부에 위치되는 안전벤트부를 포함하고, 상기 안전벤트부는, 상기 캔부재 내부의 내압이 소정의 압력 이상으로 증가 시 파단되는 파단부, 상기 파단부의 경계를 형성하는 파단 노치부 및 상기 캔부재의 내측을 바라보는 상기 파단부의 저면에서, 상기 파단 노치부로부터 상기 파단부의 중앙측으로 이격된 위치에 형성된 벤딩 노치부를 포함하고, 상기 캔부재 내부의 내압 증가 시 상기 벤딩 노치부는 벤딩(bending)되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
