Provided are a battery module in which electronic cooling occurs at a voltage greater than or equal to a specific voltage so as to improve heat dissipation, a battery pack comprising the battery module and a vehicle comprising the battery pack. The battery module according to the present invention comprises a battery cell assembly comprising a plurality of battery cells and a lead bonding part in which respective leads of the battery cells are bonded to each other, and further comprises: a thermoelectric element having an endothermic part positioned on surfaces of battery cells positioned on both outer sides, from among the battery cells in the battery cell assembly, corresponding to a side surface of the battery cell assembly; and a voltage regulating element for allowing the current of the battery module to divert toward the thermoelectric element when an overvoltage occurs in the battery module, and thus the thermoelectric element is driven when an overvoltage occurs in the battery module so that the battery cell assembly of the battery module is electronically cooled.

L'invention concerne un module de batterie dans lequel un refroidissement électronique se produit à une tension supérieure ou égale à une tension spécifique de manière à améliorer la dissipation thermique, un bloc-batterie comprenant le module de batterie, et un véhicule comprenant le bloc-batterie. Le module de batterie selon la présente invention comporte un ensemble de cellules de batterie comprenant une pluralité de cellules de batterie et une partie de liaison de conducteurs dans laquelle des conducteurs respectifs des cellules de batterie sont liés les uns aux autres, et comporte en outre : un élément thermoélectrique dont une partie endothermique est positionnée sur des surfaces de cellules de batterie positionnées sur les deux côtés extérieurs, parmi les cellules de batterie dans l'ensemble de cellules de batterie, correspondant à une surface latérale de l'ensemble de cellules de batterie ; et un élément de régulation de tension destiné à permettre la dérivation du courant du module de batterie vers l'élément thermoélectrique lorsqu'une surtension se produit dans le module de batterie, et ainsi l'élément thermoélectrique est commandé lorsqu'une surtension se produit dans le module de batterie de telle sorte que l'ensemble de cellules de batterie du module de batterie est refroidi électroniquement.

특정 전압 이상에서 전자 냉각이 일어나도록 하여 열 방출을 개선한 배터리 모듈, 이러한 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 배터리 팩 및 이러한 배터리 팩을 포함하는 자동차를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 배터리 모듈은 복수 개의 배터리 셀들을 포함하고 상기 배터리 셀들 각각의 리드가 서로 접합된 리드 접합부가 형성되어 있는 배터리 셀 조립체를 포함하는 배터리 모듈에 있어서, 상기 배터리 셀 조립체의 측면에 해당하는, 상기 배터리 셀 조립체 안의 배터리 셀들 중 양측 바깥쪽에 위치하는 배터리 셀들 표면에 흡열부가 위치하게 되는 열전 소자; 및 상기 배터리 모듈 과전압 발생시 상기 배터리 모듈의 전류를 상기 열전 소자 측으로 우회시키는 정전압 소자;를 더 포함하여, 상기 배터리 모듈 과전압 발생시 상기 열전 소자를 구동함으로써 상기 배터리 모듈의 배터리 셀 조립체를 전자 냉각하는 것이다.
