Abstract

A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: about 100 parts by weight of a polyester resin; about 15 to about 50 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin; about 30 to about 150 parts by weight of a glass fiber; and about 10 to about 40 parts by weight of a modified olefin-based copolymer, the modified olefin-based copolymer including an epoxy-modified olefin-based copolymer and a maleic anhydride-modified olefin-based copolymer, wherein the weight ratio of the epoxy-modified olefin-based copolymer and the maleic anhydride-modified olefin-based copolymer is about 1 : 0.3 to about 1 : 3. The thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in terms of adhesion to metal, rigidity, and impact resistance and has low permittivity.

Une composition de résine thermoplastique de la présente invention comprend : environ 100 parties en poids d'une résine de polyester ; environ 15 à environ 50 parties en poids d'une résine de polyoléfine ; environ 30 à environ 150 parties en poids de fibre de verre ; et entre 10 à environ 40 parties en poids d'un copolymère à base d'oléfine modifiée, le copolymère à base d'oléfine modifiée comprenant un copolymère à base d'oléfine modifiée par époxy et un copolymère à base d'oléfine modifiée par l'anhydride maléique, le rapport en poids du copolymère à base d'oléfine modifiée par époxy et du copolymère à base d'oléfine modifiée par l'anhydride maléique étant d'environ 1: 0,3 à environ 1 : 3. Cette composition de résine thermoplastique est excellente en termes d'adhérence au métal, de rigidité, et la résistance à l'impact et présente une faible permittivité.

본 발명의 열가소성 수지 조성물은 폴리에스테르 수지 약 100 중량부; 폴리올레핀 수지 약 15 내지 약 50 중량부; 유리 섬유 약 30 내지 약 150 중량부; 및 변성 올레핀계 공중합체 약 10 내지 약 40 중량부를 포함하며, 상기 변성 올레핀계 공중합체는 에폭시 변성 올레핀계 공중합체 및 말레산 무수물 변성 올레핀계 공중합체를 포함하며, 상기 에폭시 변성 올레핀계 공중합체 및 상기 말레산 무수물 변성 올레핀계 공중합체의 중량비가 약 1 : 0.3 내지 약 1 : 3인 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 금속 접합성, 강성, 내충격성 등이 우수하고, 유전율이 낮다.
