Provided are: a battery module in which heat dissipation is improved by causing electronic cooling to occur above a certain voltage; a battery pack comprising the battery module; and a vehicle comprising the battery pack. A battery module according to the present invention comprises a plurality of battery cells, and has a lead junction portion formed therein in which leads of the respective battery cells are joined to each other. The battery module further comprises: a thermoelectric element mounted on the lead junction portion; and a constant voltage element for bypassing the current of the battery module to the side of the thermoelectric element when an overvoltage occurs in the battery module. Thus, when an overvoltage occurs in the battery module, the thermoelectric element is driven to electronically cool the lead junction portion of the battery module.

La présente invention concerne : un module de batterie dans lequel la dissipation de chaleur est améliorée en provoquant un refroidissement électronique au-dessus d'une certaine tension ; un bloc-batterie comprenant le module de batterie ; et un véhicule comprenant le bloc-batterie. Un module de batterie selon la présente invention comprend une pluralité de cellules de batterie, et présente une partie de jonction de fil formée dans celui-ci, des fils des cellules de batterie respectives étant joints les uns aux autres. Le module de batterie comprend en outre : un élément thermoélectrique monté sur la partie de jonction de fil ; et un élément de tension constante pour dériver le courant du module de batterie vers le côté de l'élément thermoélectrique lorsqu'une surtension se produit dans le module de batterie. Ainsi, lorsqu'une surtension se produit dans le module de batterie, l'élément thermoélectrique est entraîné pour refroidir électroniquement la partie de jonction de fil du module de batterie.

특정 전압 이상에서 전자 냉각이 일어나도록 하여 열 방출을 개선한 배터리 모듈, 이러한 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 배터리 팩 및 이러한 배터리 팩을 포함하는 자동차를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 배터리 모듈은 복수 개의 배터리 셀들을 포함하고 상기 배터리 셀들 각각의 리드가 서로 접합된 리드 접합부가 형성되어 있는 배터리 모듈에 있어서, 상기 리드 접합부에 장착된 열전 소자; 및 상기 배터리 모듈 과전압 발생시 상기 배터리 모듈의 전류를 상기 열전 소자 측으로 우회시키는 정전압 소자;를 더 포함하여, 상기 배터리 모듈 과전압 발생시 상기 열전 소자를 구동함으로써 상기 배터리 모듈의 리드 접합부를 전자 냉각하는 것이다.
