Provided are a battery module having improved safety by being capable of blocking a current during a temperature increase, a battery pack comprising the battery module, and a vehicle comprising the battery pack. The battery module according to the present invention comprises: a busbar having a mostly plate shape with a thin thickness compared to the length and width thereof, and having respective linear grooves on the left surface and right surface thereof in a longitudinal direction; and battery cells located on each of the left surface and the right surface of the busbar, and electrically connected to each other with the busbar therebetween by coming in physical contact with each other through the insertion of respective electrode leads in the grooves, wherein the sizes of the grooves in the thickness direction thereof increase at a predetermined temperature or higher so that the electrode leads and the busbar no longer make physical contact, and thus the battery cells are electrically disconnected.

La présente invention concerne un module de batterie ayant une sécurité améliorée du fait qu'il peut bloquer un courant pendant une augmentation de température, un bloc-batterie comprenant le module de batterie et un véhicule comprenant le bloc-batterie. Le module de batterie selon la présente invention comprend : une barre omnibus ayant une forme principalement de plaque avec une épaisseur mince par rapport à la longueur et à la largeur de celle-ci, et ayant des rainures linéaires respectives sur la surface gauche et la surface droite de celle-ci dans une direction longitudinale ; et des cellules de batterie situées sur chacune des surfaces gauche et droite de la barre omnibus, et électriquement connectées les unes aux autres avec la barre omnibus entre celles-ci en entrant en contact physique les unes avec les autres par l'insertion de fils d'électrode respectifs dans les rainures, les dimensions des rainures dans le sens de l'épaisseur de celles-ci augmentant à une température prédéterminée ou supérieure de telle sorte que les fils d'électrode et la barre omnibus ne sont plus en contact physique, et ainsi les cellules de batterie sont déconnectées électriquement.

온도 상승시 전류를 차단할 수 있어 안전성이 향상된 배터리 모듈, 이러한 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 배터리 팩 및 이러한 배터리 팩을 포함하는 자동차를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 배터리 모듈은, 길이와 너비에 비해 두께가 얇은 대략 판상형이고 길이 방향을 따르는 좌측면과 우측면에 각각 선형 홈이 마련된 버스바; 및 상기 버스바의 좌측면과 우측면에 각각 위치하고 상기 홈에 각자의 전극 리드가 끼워져 물리적 접촉됨으로써 상기 버스바를 가운데에 두고 서로 전기적 연결되어 있는 배터리 셀들을 포함하며, 상기 홈은 일정 온도 이상에서 두께 방향 크기가 증가해서 상기 전극 리드와 상기 버스바 사이의 물리적 접촉이 해제됨으로써 상기 배터리 셀들간 전기적 연결이 해제되도록 하는 것이다.
