The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing interactive information through the collaboration of multiple chatbots, wherein in response to an input of dynamic real-world situation information including weather information and user location, a user propensity obtained through analysis of a user behavior pattern, and a user's request through an interactive interface, multiple chatbots collaborate to provide information suitable for the user’s propensity, situation, and request. Therefore, the present invention enables a complex service that is difficult to be handled by a single chatbot, to be treated by collaboration of multiple chatbots, and can reduce the user’s effort of requesting a necessary chatbot service multiple times.

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé pour fournir des informations interactives par collaboration de multiples agents conversationnels, dans lequel, en réponse à une entrée d'informations de situation du monde réel dynamiques comprenant des informations météorologiques et une localisation d'utilisateur, une propension d'utilisateur obtenue par l'analyse d'un modèle de comportement d'utilisateur, et une demande d'utilisateur par l'intermédiaire d'une interface interactive, de multiples agents conversationnels collaborent pour fournir des informations appropriées à la propension, la situation et la demande de l'utilisateur. Par conséquent, la présente invention permet à un service complexe qui est difficile à gérer par un seul agent conversationnel, d'être traité par collaboration de multiples agents conversationnels, et peut réduire l'effort pour l'utilisateur de demande d'un service d'agent conversationnel nécessaire de multiples fois.

본 발명은 복수 챗봇의 협업에 의한 대화형 정보제공 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 날씨정보와 사용자 위치 등을 포함한 실세계의 동적인 상황정보들, 사용자 행동패턴의 분석을 통한 사용자 성향, 그리고 대화형 인터페이스를 통한 사용자의 요청을 입력으로 하여 복수의 챗봇들이 협업하여 사용자의 성향, 처한 상황, 그리고 요청에 적합한 정보를 제공함으로써, 하나의 챗봇만으로 처리하기 어려운 복합 서비스를 복수의 챗봇이 협업하여 해결할 수 있으며, 사용자가 필요한 챗봇 서비스에 여러 번 요청하는 수고를 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
