The present invention relates to a BLDC diaphragm pump assembly which is mounted to a water purifier or the like so as to pump and supply a fluid by changing the pressure in a pumping chamber using a diaphragm and thereby successively opening and closing each check valve in suction and discharge parts to suction and then discharge the fluid. More specifically, the present invention relates to a BLDC diaphragm pump assembly which employs a BLDC motor for moving a diaphragm up and down, and thus has high durability, promotes an increase in the discharge capacity of a fluid through high-speed rotation of the BLDC motor, does not cause a noise increase or performance degradation even during long-term use compared to a normal brushed motor, enables precise speed control, and has high energy efficiency.

La présente invention concerne un ensemble pompe à membrane à courant continu sans balai (BLDC) qui est monté sur un purificateur d'eau ou similaire de sorte à pomper et à fournir un fluide en changeant la pression dans une chambre de pompage à l'aide d'une membrane et, de ce fait, ouvrir et fermer successivement chaque clapet de non-retour dans des parties d'aspiration et d'évacuation pour aspirer et ensuite évacuer le fluide. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un ensemble pompe à membrane à BLDC qui utilise un moteur à BLDC pour déplacer une membrane vers le haut et vers le bas et présente ainsi une durabilité élevée, favorise une augmentation de la capacité d'évacuation d'un fluide par l'intermédiaire d'une rotation à grande vitesse du moteur à BLDC, ne provoque pas d'augmentation du bruit ni de dégradation de performance même pendant une utilisation à long terme par comparaison avec un moteur à balais normal, permet un réglage précis de la vitesse et a un rendement énergétique élevé.

본 발명은 정수기 등에 장착되어 다이어프램을 이용해 펌핑 챔버 내의 압력을 변화시켜 흡입부와 배출부의 각 체크밸브를 순차적으로 개폐시켜 유체를 흡입 후 배출하여 유체의 펌핑 공급이 가능하게 하는 BLDC 다이어프램 펌프 어셈블리에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 다이어프램을 승하강시키는 BLDC 모터를 사용하여, 내구성을 높이고 BLDC 모터의 고속회전에 따른 유체의 배출 용량 증대를 도모함은 물론, 일반 브러시 모터에 비해 장기간 사용해도 소음이 늘거나 성능이 떨어지지 않으며, 정밀한 속도 제어가 가능하면서 에너지 효율이 높은 BLDC 다이어프램 펌프 어셈블리에 관한 것이다.
