Abstract

The present invention relates to a core-shell structure comprising a shell unit and a core unit, wherein the shell unit comprises n shells that are located sequentially from the outside to the inside, the core unit comprises a core located inside the shell unit, and n is a natural number of 1 to 30 wherein when n is 1, the core is located adjacent to the inside of the first shell or when n is a natural number of 2 to 30, the nth shell is located adjacent to the inside of the n-1th shell and is empty or a hydrogel containing at least one kind of an nth extracellular matrice and an nth cell, the core is empty or a hydrogel containing at least one kind of an extracellular matrix for the core and a cell for the core, and the two adjacent kinds of the core and the n shells are both not empty and are identical or different in terms of density. As such, the core-shell structure can mimic an empty tube structure such as the stomach, the intestine, the bladder, the lung, and the like.

La présente invention concerne une structure type cœur-écorce comprenant une unité écorce et une unité cœur, l’unité écorce comprenant n écorces qui sont localisées séquentiellement depuis l’extérieur vers l’intérieur, l’unité cœur comprend un cœur situé à l’intérieur de l’unité écorce, et n est le nombre naturel de 1 à 30 où lorsque n est 1, le cœur est situé adjacent à l’intérieur de la première écorce ou lorsque n est un nombre naturel de 2 à 30, la nième écorce est située adjacente à l’intérieur de la n-1ième écorce et est vide ou un hydrogel contenant au moins un type d’une nième matrice extracellulaire et une nième cellule, le cœur étant vide ou un hydrogel contenant au moins un type d’une matrice extracellulaire pour le cœur et une cellule pour le cœur, et deux types adjacents du cœur et de la n écorce sont à la fois ni vides ni identiques ou différents en termes de densité. En tant que telle, la structure type cœur-écorce peut imiter une structure tubulaire vide telle que l’estomac, l’intestin, la vessie, les poumons, et similaires.
