Disclosed is a chip for genetic analysis. The chip for genetic analysis comprises at least one unit processing part, wherein the unit processing part includes: a pre-treatment portion for loading a sample and performing a pre-treatment process on a target material from the loaded sample; and a distribution portion which is located further outside than the pre-treatment portion in the radial direction, and in which the target material pre-treated through the pre-treatment portion is distributed, and detection of the distributed target material is performed. The pre-treatment portion includes a sample loading section for loading the sample, and a capturing channel for capturing the target material from the loaded sample, wherein the sample loading section is formed on the capturing channel.

L'invention concerne une puce pour analyse génétique. La puce pour analyse génétique comprend au moins une partie de traitement d'unité, la partie de traitement d'unité comprenant : une partie de prétraitement pour charger un échantillon et effectuer un processus de prétraitement sur un matériau cible à partir de l'échantillon chargé; et une partie de distribution qui est située plus loin à l'extérieur que la partie de prétraitement dans la direction radiale, et dans laquelle le matériau cible prétraité à travers la partie de prétraitement est distribué, et la détection du matériau cible distribué est effectuée. La partie de prétraitement comprend une section de chargement d'échantillon pour charger l'échantillon, et un canal de capture pour capturer le matériau cible à partir de l'échantillon chargé, la section de chargement d'échantillon étant formée sur le canal de capture.

유전자 진단용 칩이 개시된다. 상기 유전자 진단용 칩은 적어도 하나 이상의 단위 공정부를 포함하며, 상기 단위 공정부는 시료를 로딩하고, 상기 로딩된 시료로부터 표적 물질에 대한 전처리 과정을 수행하는 전처리부, 및 상기 전처리부보다 반경 방향으로 외측에 위치하고, 상기 전처리부를 통해 전처리된 표적 물질이 분배되고, 분배된 표적 물질에 대한 검출이 수행되는 분배부를 포함하고, 상기 전처리부는 상기 시료를 로딩하는 시료 로딩부, 및 상기 로딩된 시료로부터 표적 물질을 포획하는 포획 채널을 포함하고, 상기 시료 로딩부는 상기 포획 채널 상에 형성된다.
