The present invention relates to a heat exchanger which comprises: a case having an accommodation space formed therein via the coupling of a first member and a second member and having header coupling parts formed thereon at which headers are inserted and accommodated at open end portions formed on both sides by coupling the first member and the second member; a plurality of flow channel plates provided within the case and being stacked to form flow channels through which cooling water and air flow, respectively; and a pair of headers inserted at and coupled to the header coupling parts, respectively, of the case. The flow channel plates, which are stacked inside the case to form the flow channels for the cooling water, are easily inserted into and assembled with the case, and the headers are easily coupled to the case formed by coupling the two members.

La présente invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur qui comprend : un boîtier dans lequel est formé un espace de réception par l'intermédiaire de l'accouplement d'un premier élément et d'un second élément et sur lequel sont formées des parties d'accouplement de collecteur au niveau desquelles des collecteurs sont insérés et reçus au niveau de parties d'extrémité ouvertes formées sur les deux côtés par accouplement du premier élément et du second élément; une pluralité de plaques de canal d'écoulement disposées à l'intérieur du boîtier et empilées pour former des canaux d'écoulement à travers lesquels l'eau de refroidissement et l'air circulent, respectivement; et une paire de collecteurs insérés au niveau des parties d'accouplement de collecteur du boîtier et accouplées à celles-ci, respectivement. Les plaques de canal d'écoulement, qui sont empilées à l'intérieur du boîtier pour former les canaux d'écoulement pour l'eau de refroidissement, sont facilement insérées dans le boîtier et assemblées avec celui-ci, et les collecteurs sont facilement accouplés au boîtier formé par accouplement des deux éléments.

본 발명은 열교환기에 관한 것으로, 제1부재와 제2부재의 결합에 의해 내부에 수용 공간이 형성되며, 상기 제1부재와 제2부재가 결합되어 형성된 개방된 양측 단부에 헤더가 삽입되어 수용되는 헤더 형합부가 형성된 케이스; 상기 케이스의 내부에 구비되며, 적층에 의해 냉각수 및 공기가 유동되는 유로를 각각 형성하는 복수개의 유로 플레이트; 및 상기 케이스의 헤더 형합부에 각각 삽입되어 결합된 한 쌍의 헤더; 를 포함하여 이루어져, 케이스 내부에 적층에 의해 냉각수의 유로를 형성하는 유로 플레이트들을 삽입하여 조립하기 용이하며, 두 개의 부재를 결합하여 형성되는 케이스에 헤더를 결합하기 용이한 열교환기에 관한 것이다.
