The present invention provides a novel target protein and a companion diagnosis biomarker discovery system therefor, comprising: a patient group classification unit which specifies a single gene, and classifies a patient group into a high-expression patient group and a low-expression patient group according to the expression amount of the single gene; a prognostic association calculation unit which calculates prognostic association values of all genes in the high-expression patient group and the low-expression patient group; a prognostic association comparison unit which compares, for all genes, the prognostic association values of the high-expression patient group with the prognostic association values of the low-expression patient group; and a biomarker selection unit which selects, from the comparison values, a biomarker that distinguishes one patient group from another.

La présente invention concerne une nouvelle protéine cible et un système de découverte de biomarqueurs de diagnostic compagnon associé comprenant : une unité de classification de groupe de patients qui spécifie un gène unique et classifie un groupe de patients en un groupe de patients à haute expression et en un groupe de patients à faible expression en fonction de la quantité d'expression du gène unique; une unité de calcul d'association de pronostic qui calcule des valeurs d'association de pronostic de tous les gènes dans le groupe de patients à haute expression et le groupe de patients à faible expression; une unité de comparaison d'association de pronostic qui compare, pour tous les gènes, les valeurs d'association de pronostic du groupe de patients à haute expression aux valeurs d'association de pronostic du groupe de patients à faible expression; et une unité de sélection de biomarqueurs qui sélectionne, à partir des valeurs de comparaison, un biomarqueur qui distingue un groupe de patients d'un autre.
