A light-emitting element according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a bar-shaped light-emitting layered pattern including a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer arranged on the first conductive semiconductor layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer arranged on the active layer; and an insulation film which encompasses an outer side surface of the light-emitting layered pattern and which has an irregular thickness.

Un élément électroluminescent selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un motif stratifié électroluminescent en forme de barre comprenant une première couche à semi-conducteur conductrice, une couche active disposée sur la première couche à semi-conducteur conductrice, et une seconde couche à semi-conducteur conductrice disposée sur la couche active; et un film isolant qui englobe une surface latérale externe du motif stratifié électroluminescent et qui a une épaisseur irrégulière.
