A display device may comprise: a substrate including a display region and a non-display region; and a plurality of pixels provided on the display region and each having a plurality of sub-pixels. Each of the sub pixels may comprise a pixel circuit part and a display element layer including at least one light emitting element for emitting light. Here, the display element layer comprises: a first electrode provided on the pixel circuit part; a second electrode provided on the first electrode and electrically insulated from the first electrode; the light emitting element including a first end portion connected to the first electrode and a second end portion connected to the second electrode, and provided between the first electrode and the second electrode; an intermediate layer surrounding at least one region of the light emitting element and being provided on the first electrode; and a connection wiring provided on the same surface as the first electrode and electrically connected to the second electrode. Here, the second electrode may be arranged on the intermediate layer.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage qui peut comprendre : un substrat comprenant une région d'affichage et une région de non-affichage ; et une pluralité de pixels disposés dans la région d'affichage et comprenant chacun une pluralité de sous-pixels. Chacun des sous-pixels peut comprendre une partie circuit de pixel et une couche d'élément d'affichage comprenant au moins un élément électroluminescent destiné à émettre de la lumière. Ici, la couche d'élément d'affichage comprend : une première électrode disposée sur la partie circuit de pixel ; une seconde électrode disposée sur la première électrode et isolée électriquement de cette dernière ; l'élément électroluminescent présentant une première partie d'extrémité connectée à la première électrode et une seconde partie d'extrémité connectée à la seconde électrode, et étant disposé entre les première et seconde électrodes ; une couche intermédiaire entourant au moins une région de l'élément électroluminescent et disposée sur la première électrode ; et un câblage de connexion disposé sur la même surface que la première électrode et connecté électriquement à la seconde électrode. Ici, la seconde électrode peut être disposée sur la couche intermédiaire.
