The present invention relates to a method for processing a superfine blade edge using a femtosecond laser, the method comprising: a step for primarily grinding a blade edge portion by using a grinding wheel; and a step for secondarily grinding at least a part of the blade edge portion by radiating a femtosecond laser in the lengthwise direction of the ground blade edge portion. The secondary grinding step comprises: a step for oscillating the femtosecond laser; a step for modifying energy distribution of the femtosecond laser; a step for increasing the size of the energy distribution of the femtosecond laser; a step for aligning the central portion of the energy distribution of the femtosecond laser to an end portion of the blade edge portion; a step for changing the proceeding direction of the femtosecond laser and radiating the femtosecond laser to the blade edge portion via a focusing lens; and a step for radiating the femtosecond laser after moving, in the lengthwise direction of the blade, a stage on which the blade is placed.

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé permettant de traiter un bord de lame super fine à l'aide d'un laser femtoseconde, le procédé comprenant : une étape consistant à meuler, en premier lieu, une partie de bord de lame à l'aide d'une meule; et une étape consistant à meuler, en second lieu, au moins une partie de la partie de bord de lame par rayonnement d'un laser femtoseconde dans la direction longitudinale de la partie de bord de lame de mise à la terre. L'étape de meulage secondaire comprend : une étape consistant à faire osciller le laser femtoseconde; une étape consistant à modifier la distribution d'énergie du laser femtoseconde; une étape consistant à augmenter la taille de la distribution d'énergie du laser femtoseconde; une étape consistant à aligner la partie centrale de la distribution d'énergie du laser femtoseconde sur une partie d'extrémité de la partie de bord de lame; une étape consistant à changer la direction de progression du laser femtoseconde et à émettre de l'énergie du laser femtoseconde vers la partie de bord de lame par le biais d'une lentille de focalisation; et une étape consistant à émettre de l'énergie du laser femtoseconde après déplacement, dans le sens de la longueur de la lame, d'un étage sur lequel la lame est placée.

본 발명은 펨토초 레이저를 이용한 초정밀 블레이드 엣지 가공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 연삭휠을 이용하여 블레이드 엣지부를 1차 연삭하는 단계; 및 상기 연삭된 블레이드 엣지부의 길이 방향을 따라 펨토초 레이저를 조사하여 상기 블레이드 엣지부의 적어도 일부를 2차 연삭하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 2차 연삭하는 단계는 상기 펨토초 레이저를 발진하는 단계; 상기 펨토초 레이저의 에너지 분포를 변형하는 단계; 상기 펨토초 레이저의 에너지 분포의 크기를 증가시키는 단계; 상기 펨토초 레이저의 에너지 분포의 중앙부를 상기 블레이드 엣지부의 끝부분에 정렬하는 단계 및 상기 펨토초 레이저의 진행 방향을 변경하고 포커싱 렌즈를 통하여 상기 블레이드 엣지부에 조사하는 단계 및 상기 블레이드가 놓여진 스테이지를 상기 블레이드의 길이 방향으로 이동시켜 펨토초 레이저를 조사하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
