The present invention provides a ceramic waveguide filter and a method for manufacturing same, the ceramic waveguide filter comprising: multiple resonant cavities defined by multiple through-partition walls in a single ceramic block, the through-partition walls being formed to divide the ceramic block into sections according to a predetermined pattern; multiple resonant grooves formed in the sections of the multiple resonant cavities, divided by the through-partition walls; a metal layer formed on the inner surface of each of the multiple through-partition walls; and input/output interfaces formed in two resonant cavities for input and output of signals among the multiple resonant cavities. By forming the resonant grooves in the sections of the resonant cavities, a small-sized ceramic waveguide filter with improved spurious characteristics can be manufactured.

La présente invention concerne un filtre à guide d'ondes en céramique et son procédé de fabrication. Ledit filtre à guide d'ondes en céramique comprend: de multiples cavités résonantes définies par de multiples parois de séparation traversantes dans un seul bloc céramique, les parois de séparation traversante étant formées pour diviser le bloc céramique en sections selon un motif prédéterminé; de multiples rainures résonantes formées dans les sections des multiples cavités résonantes, divisées par les parois de séparation; une couche métallique formée sur la surface interne de chacune des multiples parois de séparation traversantes; et des interfaces d'entrée/sortie formées dans deux cavités résonantes pour l'entrée et la sortie de signaux parmi les multiples cavités résonantes. En formant les rainures de résonance dans les sections des cavités résonantes, un filtre à guide d'ondes en céramique de petite taille ayant des caractéristiques parasites améliorées peut être fabriqué.

본 발명은 단일 세라믹 블록에서 미리 지정된 패턴에 따라 상기 세라믹 블록의 구획을 구분하도록 형성된 다수의 관통 격벽에 의해 정의되는 다수의 공진 캐비티, 상기 관통 격벽에 의해 구분된 상기 다수의 공진 캐비티의 구획 내에 형성되는 다수의 공진 홈, 상기 다수의 관통 격벽 각각의 내측면에 형성되는 금속층 및 상기 다수의 공진 캐비티 중 신호를 입력 및 출력하는 2개의 공진 캐비티에 형성되는 입출력 인터페이스를 포함하는 세라믹 웨이브가이드 필터 및 이의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 공진 캐비티의 구획 내에 공진 홈이 형성됨에 따라 소형으로 제조될 수 있으며, 스퓨리어스 특성을 개선할 수 있다.
