Abstract

The present invention relates to an apparatus for easily and conveniently diagnosing tuberculosis. In a tuberculosis diagnosis apparatus including a blood collecting device of the present invention, the blood collecting device comprises: a support part including a first surface, a second surface formed opposite to the first surface, and a communication hole through which a solution is movable, wherein the communication hole is formed between the first surface and the second surface; and a blood collecting tip attached to the first surface and having a capillary tube connected to the communication hole. According to the present invention, a small amount of peripheral blood is collected using a capillary phenomenon and the collected whole blood is used as it is without separating a blood corpuscle therefrom by centrifugation and the like to diagnose tuberculosis. Therefore, the present invention can diagnose tuberculosis more easily, conveniently, and quickly than the conventional ELISA-based IGRA using venous blood.

La présente invention concerne un appareil pour diagnostiquer la tuberculose facilement et commodément. Dans un appareil de diagnostic de la tuberculose comprenant un dispositif de collecte de sang selon la présente invention, le dispositif de collecte de sang comprend : une partie de support comprenant une première surface, une seconde surface formée à l'opposé de la première surface, et un trou de communication à travers lequel une solution est mobile, le trou de communication étant formé entre la première surface et la seconde surface ; et une pointe de collecte de sang fixée à la première surface et ayant un tube capillaire relié au trou de communication. Selon la présente invention, une faible quantité de sang périphérique est collectée à l'aide d'un phénomène capillaire et le sang total collecté est utilisé tel quel sans séparer un corpuscule sanguin de celui-ci par centrifugation et analogues pour diagnostiquer la tuberculose. Par conséquent, la présente invention peut diagnostiquer la tuberculose plus facilement, commodément et rapidement que l'essai de libération d'interféron gamma (IGRA) classique basé sur l'essai d'immuno-absorption enzymatique (ELISA) utilisant du sang veineux.

본 발명은 간편하게 결핵을 진단하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 채혈 기구를 구비하는 결핵 진단 장치에 있어서 상기 채혈 기구는 제1면과, 상기 제1면과 반대쪽에 형성되는 제2면과, 상기 제1면과 제2면의 사이에 용액이 이동 가능한 연통공을 구비하는 지지부; 및 상기 제1면에 부착되고 상기 연통공에 연결되는 모세관이 형성된 채혈 팁을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 모세관 현상을 이용하여 말초 혈액을 소량으로 채혈하고 채취한 혈액을 원심분리 등에 의해 혈구를 분리함이 없이 전혈 그대로를 이용하여 결핵을 진단함으로써, 기존의 정맥혈을 이용한 ELISA 기반의 IGRA보다 더 간편하고 신속하게 결핵을 진단할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
