A beverage maker according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a fermentation tank having a space in which a beverage is to be produced; a temperature controller for controlling the temperature of the fermentation tank; an air pump for supplying air into the fermentation tank; a gas discharge channel which is connected with the fermentation tank, and through which some of the air supplied into the fermentation tank is discharged; a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the fermentation tank; and a controller for controlling, during production of the beverage, the temperature controller so that the fermentation tank, in which a mixture comprising ingredients of the beverage are accommodated, is cooled, detecting the temperature of the fermentation tank by using the temperature sensor, terminating the cooling of the fermentation tank when the detected temperature is a reference temperature or lower, and controlling the air pump so that air is supplied into the fermentation tank.

Un dispositif de fabrication de boisson selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un réservoir de fermentation ayant un espace dans lequel une boisson doit être produite; un dispositif de réglage de température pour régler la température du réservoir de fermentation; une pompe à air pour fournir de l'air dans le réservoir de fermentation; un canal d'évacuation de gaz étant relié au réservoir de fermentation, une partie de l'air introduit dans le réservoir de fermentation étant évacuée à travers ledit canal; un capteur de température pour détecter la température du réservoir de fermentation; et un dispositif de commande pour commander, pendant la production de la boisson, le dispositif de réglage de température de telle sorte que le réservoir de fermentation accueillant un mélange comprenant des ingrédients de la boisson est refroidi, la détection de la température du réservoir de fermentation à l'aide du capteur de température, la fin du refroidissement du réservoir de fermentation lorsque la température détectée correspond à une température de référence ou inférieure, et la commande de la pompe à air de telle sorte que de l'air est introduit dans le réservoir de fermentation.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 음료 제조기는, 음료가 제조되는 공간을 갖는 발효조, 상기 발효조의 온도를 조절하는 온도 조절기, 상기 발효조 내로 에어를 공급하는 에어 펌프, 상기 발효조와 연결되고, 상기 발효조 내로 공급된 에어 중 일부가 배출되는 가스 배출채널, 상기 발효조의 온도를 감지하는 온도 센서, 및 상기 음료의 제조 중, 상기 음료의 재료를 포함하는 혼합물이 수용된 상기 발효조의 냉각을 수행하도록 상기 온도조절기를 제어하고, 상기 온도 센서를 이용하여 상기 발효조의 온도를 감지하고, 감지된 온도가 기준 온도 이하인 경우, 상기 발효조의 냉각을 종료하고, 상기 발효조 내로 에어를 공급하도록 상기 에어 펌프를 제어하는 컨트롤러를 포함한다.
