Provided is a preparation method of magnetic nanostructures. The preparation method of magnetic nanostructures may comprise the steps of: preparing a source solution comprising a first precursor comprising a rare earth element, a second precursor comprising a transition metal element, and a third precursor comprising Cu; electrospinning the source solution to form preliminary magnetic nanostructures comprising a rare earth element oxide, a transition metal oxide, and a Cu oxide; and reducing the preliminary magnetic nanostructures to produce magnetic nanostructures comprising an alloy composition comprising the rare earth element, the transition metal element, and the Cu.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de nanostructures magnétiques. Le procédé de préparation de nanostructures magnétiques peut comprendre les étapes consistant à : préparer une solution source comprenant un premier précurseur comprenant un élément de terres rares, un deuxième précurseur comprenant un élément de métal de transition, et un troisième précurseur comprenant du Cu ; électrofiler la solution source pour former des nanostructures magnétiques préliminaires comprenant un oxyde d'élément de terres rares, un oxyde de métal de transition et un oxyde de Cu ; et réduire les nanostructures magnétiques préliminaires pour produire des nanostructures magnétiques comprenant une composition d'alliage comprenant l'élément de terres rares, l'élément de métal de transition et le Cu.

자성 나노 구조체 제조방법이 제공된다. 상기 자성 나노 구조체 제조방법은, 희토류 원소를 포함하는 제1 전구체, 전이금속 원소를 포함하는 제2 전구체, 및 Cu를 포함하는 제3 전구체를 포함하는 소스 용액을 준비하는 단계, 상기 소스 용액을 전기 방사하여, 희토류 산화물, 전이금속 산화물, 및 Cu 산화물을 포함하는 예비 자성 나노 구조체를 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 예비 자성 와이어를 환원시켜, 상기 희토류 원소, 상기 전이금속 원소, 및 상기 Cu의 합금 조성물을 포함하는 자성 나노 구조체를 제조하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
