Provided is a method for manufacturing a magnetic nano-structure. The method for manufacturing a magnetic nano-structure may comprise the steps of: preparing a source solution containing a first precursor including a rare-earth element, a second precursor including a transition metal element, and a third precursor including Fe; electrospinning the source solution to form a preliminary magnetic nano-structure containing a rare-earth oxide, a transition metal oxide, and a Fe oxide; and reducing the preliminary magnetic micro-structure to manufacture a magnetic nano-structure containing an alloy composition of the rare-earth element, the transition metal element, and the Fe.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une nanostructure magnétique. Le procédé de fabrication d'une nanostructure magnétique peut comprendre les étapes consistant à : préparer une solution source contenant un premier précurseur comprenant un élément de terres rares, un deuxième précurseur comprenant un élément de métal de transition et un troisième précurseur comprenant du Fe ; électrofiler la solution source pour former une nanostructure magnétique préliminaire contenant un oxyde de terres rares, un oxyde de métal de transition et un oxyde de Fe ; et réduire la microstructure magnétique préliminaire pour fabriquer une nanostructure magnétique contenant une composition d'alliage de l'élément des terres rares, de l'élément de métal de transition et du Fe.

자성 나노 구조체의 제조방법이 제공된다. 상기 자성 나노 구조체의 제조방법은, 희토류 원소를 포함하는 제1 전구체, 전이금속 원소를 포함하는 제2 전구체, 및 Fe를 포함하는 제3 전구체를 포함하는 소스 용액을 준비하는 단계, 상기 소스 용액을 전기 방사하여, 희토류 산화물, 전이금속 산화물, 및 Fe 산화물을 포함하는 예비 자성 나노 구조체를 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 예비 자성 나노 구조체를 환원시켜, 상기 희토류 원소, 상기 전이금속 원소, 및 상기 Fe의 합금 조성물을 포함하는 자성 나노 구조체를 제조하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
