According to an aggregate image separation system and method of the present invention, an image of aggregate crushed through a cone crusher is measured, overlapped aggregates are separated on the measured aggregate image and then an average value of distribution information for each aggregate size is derived therefrom, a warning indication for correcting wear is generated when aggregate of a predetermined size or greater exceeds an allowable distribution, and a manager adjusts a liner gap of the cone crusher according to the warning indication, such that the aggregate can be crushed to within a range of a predetermined size.

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de séparation d'image d'agrégat, selon lequel une image d'un agrégat concassé au moyen d'un concasseur giratoire est mesurée, des agrégats chevauchés sont séparés sur l'image d'agrégat mesurée et ensuite une valeur moyenne d'informations de distribution pour chaque taille d'agrégat en est dérivée, une indication d'avertissement pour corriger l'usure est générée lorsqu'un agrégat d'une taille prédéfinie ou supérieure à celle-ci dépasse une distribution admissible, et un gestionnaire ajuste un espace d'ouverture du concasseur giratoire en fonction de l'indication d'avertissement, de telle sorte que l'agrégat puisse être concassé à l'intérieur d'une plage d'une tailles prédéfinie.

본 발명의 골재 이미지 분리 시스템 및 방법에 따르면, 콘 크러셔를 통해 파쇄된 골재의 이미지를 측정하고, 측정된 골재 이미지에서 겹쳐진 골재를 분리시킨 후 골재 크기 별 분포 정보의 평균값을 도출하여 일정 크기 이상의 골재가 허용 분포 이상을 넘을 시 마모 교정을 위한 경고 표시가 발생되도록 하며, 관리자는 경보 표시를 통해 콘 크러셔의 라이너 갭 조정을 수행함으로써, 일정 크기의 범위 내로 골재가 파쇄될 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
