Abstract

The present invention relates to Oenanthe javanica juice having good intestinal uptake. More specifically, the present invention can prepare Oenanthe javanica juice in which cellulose is degraded by living yeasts and enzymes through low-temperature aging; Oenanthe javanica molecules are associated with natural apple sugar to increase in intestinal uptake; and the characteristic strong odor of Oenanthe javanica is alleviated by mixing with apple juice and lemon juice.

La présente invention porte sur un jus d'Oenanthe javanica présentant une bonne absorption intestinale. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention permet de préparer un jus d'Oenanthe javanica dans lequel la cellulose est dégradée par des levures vivantes et des enzymes au moyen d'un vieillissement à basse température ; les molécules d'Oenanthe Javanica sont associées à du sucre de pomme naturel pour augmenter l'absorption intestinale; et l'odeur forte caractéristique de l'Oenanthe javanica est atténuée par mélange avec du jus de pomme et du jus de citron.

본 발명은 장내 흡수율이 좋은 미나리주스에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 미나리를 저온 숙성을 통해 살아있는 효모, 효소가 셀룰로오스를 분해하며, 천연 사과 당이 미나리 분자와 결합하여 장내흡수율을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 사과즙 및 레몬즙을 혼합해 미나리 특유의 강한 향을 완화시킨 미나리 주스를 제조할 수 있다.
