The present invention relates to a side paper feeding apparatus for feeding raw side paper for paper cup manufacturing, the side paper feeding apparatus comprising: a shuttle cam which is rotated by interlocking with a drive shaft and which horizontally reciprocates a shuttle plate which transfers raw side paper disposed on an upper part to a paper cup former; a driving cam unit provided under the shuttle cam and provided with a rotary cam formed on a rotary shaft fixedly coupled to the shuttle cam to intermittently rotate a first turret, an oscillator cam formed on the rotary shaft to oscillate a second turret, and link arms, wherein one end of each link arm is coupled to one end of a first shaft of the first turret and one end of a second shaft of the second turret, and the other ends are rotatably coupled; and a side paper transfer arm unit including an arm plate coupled to the other end of the first turret, rotational arms each having one end rotatably coupled to the outer circumferential surface of the arm plate at equal intervals, sub arms fixedly coupled to the other ends of the rotational arms in a direction perpendicular to the rotational arms, respectively, and having pads sucking and releasing the raw side paper by vacuum suction, and a track cam coupled to the other end of the first shaft of the first turret, and reciprocating the sub arms in the outer circumferential direction of the arm plate at least in a section in which the pads suck the raw side paper from a magazine and a section in which the raw side paper is released from the upper part of the shuttle plate.

La présente invention concerne un appareil d'alimentation en papier latéral pour l'alimentation en papier latéral brut pour la fabrication de gobelet en papier, l'appareil d'alimentation en papier latéral comprenant : une came de navette qui est mise en rotation par verrouillage avec un arbre d'entraînement et qui transmet un mouvement de va-et-vient horizontal à une plaque de navette qui transfère du papier latéral brut disposé sur une partie supérieure à un dispositif de formation de gobelet en papier ; une unité de came d'entraînement disposée sous la came de navette et pourvue d'une came rotative formée sur un arbre rotatif couplé de manière fixe à la came de navette pour faire tourner par intermittence une première tourelle, d'une came d'oscillateur formée sur l'arbre rotatif pour faire osciller une seconde tourelle, et de bras de liaison, une extrémité de chaque bras de liaison étant couplée à une extrémité d'un premier arbre de la première tourelle et à une extrémité d'un second arbre de la seconde tourelle, et les autres extrémités étant couplées de manière rotative ; et une unité de bras de transfert de papier latéral comprenant une plaque de bras couplée à l'autre extrémité de la première tourelle, des bras rotatifs ayant chacun une extrémité couplée de façon rotative à la surface circonférentielle externe de la plaque de bras à des intervalles égaux, des bras secondaires couplés de manière fixe aux autres extrémités des bras rotatifs dans une direction perpendiculaire aux bras rotatifs, respectivement, et ayant des tampons aspirant et libérant le papier latéral brut par aspiration sous vide, et une came de piste couplée à l'autre extrémité du premier arbre de la première tourelle, et transmettant un mouvement de va-et-vient à des bras secondaires dans la direction circonférentielle externe de la plaque de bras au moins dans une section dans laquelle les tampons aspirent le papier latéral brut d'un magasin et une section dans laquelle le papier latéral brut est libéré de la partie supérieure de la plaque de navette.

본 발명은 종이컵 제조를 위한 옆지 원지를 공급하는 옆지 공급 장치에 있어서, 구동축에 연동되어 회전하며, 상부에 위치하는 옆지 원지를 종이컵 성형기로 이송하여 주는 셔틀 플레이트를 수평 방향으로 왕복 운동시키는 셔틀 캠; 상기 셔틀 캠의 하부에 형성되며, 상기 셔틀 캠에 고정 결합된 회동축 상에 형성되어 제1 터릿을 간헐 회전시키는 로터리 캠, 상기 회동축 상에 형성되어 제2 터릿을 요동 운동시키는 오실레이터 캠, 및 각각의 일측단들이 각각 상기 제1 터릿의 제1 샤프트와 상기 제2 터릿의 제2 샤프트의 각각의 일단에 결합되고 타측단들이 회동 가능하게 결합된 링크 암들이 형성된 구동 캠부; 및 상기 제1 터릿의 타단에 결합된 암 플레이트, 상기 암 플레이트의 외주면 상에 등간격으로 일측단이 회동 가능하게 결합된 회동 암들, 상기 회동 암들 각각의 타측단에 상기 회동 암들과 각각 직교하는 방향으로 고정 결합되며 진공 흡착에 의해 옆지 원지를 흡착 및 해제하는 패드들이 형성된 서브암들, 및 상기 제1 터릿의 제1 샤프트의 타단에 결합되며 적어도 상기 패드들이 상기 옆지 원지를 매거진에서 흡착하는 구간 및 상기 셔틀 플레이트의 상부에서 상기 옆지 원지를 해제하는 구간에서 상기 서브암들이 상기 암 플레이트의 외주면 방향으로 왕복 이동하도록 하는 트랙 캠이 형성된 옆지 이송암부; 를 포함한다.
