The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly paint comprising the steps of: (a) mixing indigo (niram) and water to obtain a first mixture; (b) adding 2.5 to 5 parts by weight of a reducing agent to 30 to 50 parts by weight of the obtained first mixture to obtain a water-soluble second mixture; (c) sequentially adding 0.1 to 1 part by weight of a dispersant, 20 to 25 parts by weight of a white pigment, 2.5 to 5 parts by weight of a filler, 10 to 30 parts by weight of volcanic soil, 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent, and 0.1 to 1 parts by weight of a freezing stabilizer to the obtained second mixture to obtain a third mixture; and sequentially adding 10 to 20 parts by weight of a water-soluble acrylic resin and 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of a thickener to the obtained third mixture to obtain a fourth mixture. The method for manufacturing an eco-friendly paint of the present invention and an eco-friendly paint composition manufactured thereby can be effectively used as eco-friendly materials in building materials and the field of interior design .

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d'une peinture respectueuse de l'environnement, comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) mélanger de l'indigo (niram) et de l'eau pour obtenir un premier mélange ; (b) ajouter 2,5 à 5 parties en poids d'un agent réducteur à 30 à 50 parties en poids du premier mélange obtenu pour obtenir un deuxième mélange hydrosoluble ; (c) ajouter successivement 0,1 à 1 partie en poids d'un dispersant, 20 à 25 parties en poids d'un pigment blanc, 2,5 à 5 parties en poids d'une charge, 10 à 30 parties en poids de terre volcanique, 0,1 à 0,5 partie en poids d'un agent antimousse et 0,1 à 1 partie en poids d'un stabilisant à la congélation au deuxième mélange obtenu pour obtenir un troisième mélange ; et ajouter successivement 10 à 20 parties en poids d'une résine acrylique hydrosoluble et 0,5 à 2 parties en poids d'un épaississant au troisième mélange obtenu pour obtenir un quatrième mélange. Le procédé pour la fabrication d'une peinture respectueuse de l'environnement selon la présente invention et une composition de peinture respectueuse de l'environnement ainsi fabriquée peuvent être efficacement utilisés en tant que matériaux respectueux de l'environnement dans des matériaux de construction et dans le domaine de l'architecture d'intérieur.

본 발명은 (a) 쪽 니람 및 물을 혼합하여 제 1 혼합물을 얻는 단계; (b) 상기 얻어진 제 1 혼합물 30 내지 50 중량부에 환원제 2.5 내지 5 중량부를 이용하여 수용성인 제 2 혼합물을 얻는 단계; (c) 상기 얻어진 상기 제 2 혼합물에 분산제 0.1 내지 1 중량부, 백색안료 20 내지 25 중량부, 체질안료 2.5 내지 5 중량부, 화산토 10 내지 30 중량부, 소포제 0.1 내지 0.5 중량부 및 동결안정제 0.1 내지 1 중량부를 순차적으로 첨가하여 혼합하여 제 3 혼합물을 얻는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 얻어진 제 3 혼합물에 수용성 아크릴 수지 10 내지 20 중량부 및 증점제 0.5 내지 2 중량부를 순차적으로 첨가하여 제 4 혼합물을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 친환경 도료의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 친환경 도료의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 친환경 도료 조성물은 건축자재 및 인테리어 분야에서 친환경 소재로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
