Abstract

The present invention relates to a hybrid composite which is made of a metal wire mesh and carbon fiber reinforced plastic, has excellent physical properties, is light, and has improved electromagnetic shielding properties and absorptivity. The composite comprises a hybrid fabric formed by weaving: a metal wire mesh tape yarn formed by cutting a metal wire mesh to have a predetermined width; and a CFRP tape yarn formed by cutting a CFRP sheet to have a predetermined width.

La présente invention concerne un composite hybride constitué d'un treillis de fils métalliques et d'un plastique renforcé par des fibres de carbone, ayant d'excellentes propriétés physiques, léger, et ayant des propriétés de blindage électromagnétique améliorées de même qu'une capacité d'absorption. Le composite comprend un tissu hybride formé par tissage : d'un fil plat de treillis de fils métalliques formé par découpe d'un treillis de fils métalliques de façon à avoir une largeur prédéfinie ; et d'un fil plat de CFRP formé par découpe d'une feuille de CFRP de façon à avoir une largeur prédéfinie.

본 발명은 물성이 우수하고 가벼우며 전자파 차폐성 및 흡수율이 향상된 금속와이어메쉬 및 탄소섬유강화플라스틱 하이브리드 복합재에 관한 것으로서, 금속와이어메쉬를 일정한 폭으로 절단하여 형성된 금속와이어메쉬 테이프사와, CFRP 시트를 일정한 폭으로 절단하여 형성된 CFRP 테이프사를 직조하여 형성된 하이브리드 직물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
