The objective of the present invention is to provide a two-chamber type combined container-syringe comprising: a cylinder having a first end portion, a second end portion opposite to the first end portion, and a bypass portion positioned between the first end portion and the second end portion; a finger grip mounted on the second end portion of the cylinder; a first stopper to a third stopper, which are sequentially arranged from the first end portion toward the second end portion in a cylinder space; and a plunger rod connected to the third stopper, and having a plurality of supporting ribs provided to come in contact with the inner surface of the finger grip, wherein the space between the first stopper and the second stopper forms a front chamber, the space between the second stopper and the third stopper forms a rear chamber, a first component and a second component are accommodated in the front chamber and the rear chamber, respectively, the front chamber and the rear chamber have a length ratio of 1.6:1 to 3:1 at an initial position of the plunger rod before the front chamber and the rear chamber communicate through the bypass portion, and one or more supporting ribs are positioned in the finger grip and/or in an area in the cylinder that is adjacent to the finger grip, at the initial position.

L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir une seringue à récipient combinée de type à deux chambres comprenant : un cylindre doté d'une première partie d'extrémité, d'une seconde partie d'extrémité opposée à la première partie d'extrémité et d'une partie de dérivation positionnée entre la première partie d'extrémité et la seconde partie d'extrémité ; une prise pour les doigts montée sur la seconde partie d'extrémité du cylindre ; une première butée, une deuxième butée et une troisième butée, qui sont agencées de manière séquentielle à partir de la première partie d'extrémité vers la seconde partie d'extrémité dans un espace de cylindre ; et une tige de piston reliée à la troisième butée et comportant une pluralité de nervures de support prévues pour venir en contact avec la surface interne de la prise pour les doigts. L'espace entre la première butée et la deuxième butée forme une chambre avant, et l'espace entre la deuxième butée et la troisième butée forme une chambre arrière. Un premier élément et un second élément sont logés dans la chambre avant et la chambre arrière, respectivement. La chambre avant et la chambre arrière présentent un rapport de longueur de 1,6:1 à 3:1 à une position initiale de la tige de piston avant que la chambre avant et la chambre arrière communiquent par l'intermédiaire de la partie de dérivation. Une ou plusieurs nervures de support sont positionnées dans la prise pour les doigts et/ou dans une zone dans le cylindre qui est adjacente à la prise pour les doigts, à la position initiale.

본 발명은 제1 단부, 제1 단부의 반대방향의 제2 단부 및 제1 단부와 제2 단부 사이에 위치하는 바이패스부를 갖는 실린더; 실린더의 제2 단부에 장착된 핑거 그립; 실린더 공간 내에 제1 단부에서 제2 단부 측으로 차례로 배치되는 제1 스토퍼 내지 제3 스토퍼; 및 제3 스토퍼와 연결되고, 핑거 그립의 내면에 접촉하도록 마련된 복수 개의 지지 리브를 갖는 플런저 로드를 포함하며, 제1 스토퍼 및 제2 스토퍼 사이 공간은 전실을 형성하고, 제2 스토퍼 및 제3 스토퍼 사이 공간은 후실을 형성하며, 전실과 후실에는, 제1 성분과 제2 성분이 각각 수용되고, 바이패스부를 통해 전실과 후실이 연통되기 이전 플런저 로드의 초기 위치에서, 전실과 후실의 길이비율은, 1.6:1 내지 3:1 이며, 초기 위치에서, 핑거 그립 및 핑거 그립과 인접한 실린더 내 영역 중 적어도 하나에 하나 이상의 지지 리브가 위치된 상태인 2실식 용기 겸용 주사기를 제공하고자 한다.
