The present invention relates to a cyclone dust collecting device and a dust collecting method using same. The present invention relates to a cyclone dust collecting device and a dust collecting method using same. The present invention provides a cyclone dust collecting device and a dust collecting method using same, the cyclone dust collecting device comprising: a dust collector in which a dust-containing gas is introduced into the interior space thereof and which has a plurality of slits cut in the longitudinal direction formed on a wall surface; a dust collecting housing provided with the dust collector therein, and provided so as to be in contact with or spaced apart from the dust collector; a discharge unit which is inserted into and communicates with the dust collector at a predetermined depth so as to discharge the gas from which dust has been removed; and a voltage application unit provided to form an electric field in the dust collecting housing, wherein, in addition to the centrifugal force and the inertial force according to a swirling flow, the dust is captured and removed on the inner wall of the dust collector by the electric force according to the application of an electric field, or is removed from the inside of the dust collecting housing after passing through the slits, thereby having a lower pressure loss and a higher dust collection efficiency compared to the conventional cyclone.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de collecte de poussière à cyclone et un procédé de collecte de poussière l'utilisant. La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de collecte de poussière à cyclone et à un procédé de collecte de poussière l'utilisant, le dispositif de collecte de poussière à cyclone comprenant : un collecteur de poussière dans lequel un gaz contenant de la poussière est introduit dans l'espace intérieur de celui-ci et qui a une pluralité de fentes découpées dans la direction longitudinale formées sur une surface de paroi ; un boîtier de collecte de poussière pourvu du collecteur de poussière à l'intérieur de celui-ci et disposé de façon à être en contact avec le collecteur de poussière ou espacé de celui-ci ; une unité de décharge qui est insérée dans le collecteur de poussière et communique avec celui-ci à une profondeur prédéterminée de façon à évacuer le gaz à partir duquel la poussière a été retirée ; et une unité d'application de tension prévue pour former un champ électrique dans le boîtier de collecte de poussière, en plus de la force centrifuge et de la force d'inertie selon un écoulement tourbillonnant, la poussière étant capturée et retirée sur la paroi interne du collecteur de poussière par la force électrique selon l'application d'un champ électrique ou étant retirée de l'intérieur du boîtier de collecte de poussière après avoir traversé les fentes, ce qui entraîne une perte de pression inférieure et une efficacité de collecte de poussière supérieure par rapport au cyclone classique.

본 발명은 싸이클론 집진장치 및 이를 이용한 집진방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 내부공간에 분진이 포함된 함진 가스가 유입되며, 벽면에 길이방향으로 절개된 복수개의 슬릿이 형성된 집진체; 내부에 상기 집진체가 마련되며, 상기 집진체가 내접하거나 이격되도록 마련되는 집진 하우징; 상기 집진체에 일정한 깊이로 삽입 연통되어 분진이 제거된 가스를 배출하도록 마련된 배출부; 및 상기 집진 하우징 내에 전기장을 형성하도록 마련된 전압인가부를 포함하며, 상기 분진이 선회유동에 따른 원심력 및 관성력 이외에도 전기장 인가에 따른 전기력에 의해 상기 집진체 내벽에 포집되어 제거되거나 상기 슬릿을 통과한 후 상기 집진 하우징 내부에서 제거됨으로써, 종래 싸이클론과 비교하여 보다 낮은 압력손실과 보다 높은 집진효율을 특징으로 하는 싸이클론 집진장치 및 이를 이용한 집진방법을 제공한다.
