The present invention provides a means having excellent transduction efficiency of nucleic acid, protein, composites thereof, etc., into a cell, in particular, a method using a transduction solution. In this method for transducing cells with a molecule of interest that includes a step of bringing the cell into contact with the molecule of interest and a transduction solution, the transduction solution comprises at least one of (A1) to (A5) and (B) a salt, wherein (A1) is a compound represented by general formula (I) or a salt thereof, excluding predetermined compounds, (A2) is a compound represented by general formula (II) or a salt thereof, (A3) is a nucleic acid base or the like, or a salt thereof, (A4) is a compound represented by general formula (III) or a salt thereof, excluding malic acid, and (A5) is at least one selected from the group consisting of creatinine, hydroxyproline, 1,3-butanediol, trientine, D-cellobiose, 1,3-dimethylurea, pantolactone, and trimethadione, or a salt thereof.

La présente invention concerne un moyen ayant une excellente efficacité de transduction d'acide nucléique, de protéine, de composites associés, etc., dans une cellule, en particulier, un procédé utilisant une solution de transduction.
