The purpose of the present invention is to find reliability degrading factors when detecting environmental mastitis-causing bacteria such as E. coli, Klebsiella, streptococcus and CNS and to provide a highly reliable detection means. Additionally, the purpose of the present invention is to provide: a highly reliable detection means by using immunochromatography that is capable of quicker determination than culture methods; and a diagnosis kit using the same. The present invention provides a method for detecting environmental livestock mastitis-causing bacteria, the method comprising an immunological test process for determining whether the number of the causal bacteria in the milk of a subject livestock is greater than a determination value that is set in advance on the basis of the distribution of the amount of noninfectious group-derived causal bacteria in the milk and the distribution of the amount of infectious group-derived causal bacteria in the milk, wherein the immunological test is immunochromatography that uses an antibody labeled with gold colloid particles (particle-labeled antibody) having sizes of 0.6-3.5/cm2.

Le but de la présente invention est de trouver des facteurs de dégradation de la fiabilité lors de la détection de bactéries environnementales responsables d'une mammite telles que E. coli, les bactéries du genre Klebsiella, les streptocoques et les staphylocoques coagulase-négatifs et de fournir un moyen de détection hautement fiable. De plus, l'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir : un moyen de détection hautement fiable utilisant l'immunochromatographie qui permet une détection plus rapide que les procédés de culture ; et un kit de diagnostic l'utilisant. La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection de bactéries environnementales responsables d'une mammite chez le bétail, le procédé comprenant un procédé de test immunologique pour déterminer si le nombre de bactéries responsables dans le lait d'un sujet est supérieur à une valeur de détermination définie à l'avance sur la base de la distribution de la quantité de bactéries responsables dérivées d'un groupe non infectieux dans le lait et de la distribution de la quantité de bactéries responsables dérivées d'un groupe infectieux dans le lait, le test immunologique étant une immunochromatographie utilisant un anticorps marqué à l'aide de particules d'or colloïdal (anticorps marqué par des particules) présentant une taille variant de 0,6 à 3,5/cm2.

本発明は、大腸菌、クレブシエラ、レンサ球菌、CNSなどの環境性乳房炎の原因菌を検出する場合の信頼性低下の原因を究明し、信頼性の高い検出手段を提供することを目的とする。また、培養法よりも迅速判定が可能なイムノクロマトグラフ法による信頼性の高い検出手段、それを用いた診断キットを提供することを目的とする。本発明は、家畜の環境性乳房炎の原因菌を検出する方法であって:被検体家畜の乳汁中の原因菌の数が、予め、非罹患群に由来する乳汁中の原因菌の量の分布、および罹患群に由来する乳汁中の原因菌の量の分布に基づき定めた判定値以上であるか否かを判定する免疫学的検査法による工程を含み、かつ、免疫学的検査法が、0.6/cm以上3.5/cm以下の金コロイド粒子で標識された抗体(粒子標識抗体)を用いるイムノクロマトグラフ法である、方法を提供する。
