The present invention pertains to a liquid composition for oral use that has an Hyp-Gly content of 1.0 mg/100 mL or more and contains a mono- to trihydric alcohol having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, etc.

L'invention a pour objectif une technique permettant, dans une composition liquide pour un usage par voie orale contenant dans des proportions spécifiques Hyp-Gly, de diminuer l'amertume de Hyp-Gly. La composition liquide pour usage par voie orale selon l'invention présente une teneur en Hyp-Gly supérieure ou égale à 1,0mg/100mL, et contient un alcool mono- à trihydrique avec 2 à 4 atomes de carbone.
