An organic light emitting element which has an organic mixed layer that contains a first organic compound, a second organic compound and a third organic compound, said organic compounds satisfying formula ES1 (A) > ES1 (B) > ES1 (C). In the formula, ES1 (A), ES1 (B) and ES1 (C) represent the respective lowest excited singlet energy levels of the first organic compound, the second organic compound and the third organic compound. The second organic compound and the third organic compound are delayed fluorescent materials. The present invention is able to provide an organic light emitting element which has a long service life and high luminous efficiency.

L'invention concerne un élément électroluminescent organique qui comprend une couche mixte organique qui contient un premier composé organique, un deuxième composé organique et un troisième composé organique, lesdits composés organiques satisfaisant à la formule ES1 (A) > ES1 (B) > ES1 (C). Dans la formule, ES1 (A), ES1 (B) et ES1 (C) représentent les plus bas niveaux d'énergie de singulet excité respectifs du premier composé organique, du deuxième composé organique et du troisième composé organique. Le deuxième composé organique et le troisième composé organique sont des matériaux à fluorescence retardée. La présente invention peut fournir un élément électroluminescent organique qui présente une longue durée de vie et une efficacité lumineuse élevée.
