This display device comprises: a plurality of first electrodes provided for each pixel; an insulating layer that is provided between the first electrodes and covers the peripheral edge part of the first electrodes, and that contains a silicon compound; a first interface layer that is provided on the interface of the first electrode and the insulating layer, and that includes a first silicon oxide; an organic layer that is provided in common for all pixels on the first electrode and the insulating layer, and that includes a light emitting layer; and a second electrode that is provided on the organic layer. The insulating layer contains a second silicon oxide on the surface part of the organic layer side.

Ce dispositif d'affichage comprend : une pluralité de premières électrodes disposées pour chaque pixel ; une couche isolante qui est disposée entre les premières électrodes et recouvre la partie de bord périphérique des premières électrodes, et qui contient un composé de silicium ; une première couche d'interface qui est disposée sur l'interface de la première électrode et de la couche isolante, et qui comprend un premier oxyde de silicium ; une couche organique qui est disposée en commun pour tous les pixels sur la première électrode et la couche isolante, et qui comprend une couche électroluminescente ; et une seconde électrode qui est disposée sur la couche organique. La couche isolante contient un second oxyde de silicium sur la partie de surface du côté de la couche organique.
