Abstract

The rolling resistance performance and noise performance of a tire are improved without reducing handling stability performance of the tire. This tire (1) is provided with: a land section (20) demarcated between two main grooves (10), (11) that extend in the tire circumferential direction S; and a resonator (30) formed on the land section (20). The resonator (30) has: a cavity section (31) that is separated from the two main grooves (10), (11) and opens on a surface (23) of the land section (20); a first sipe (32) that opens on one main groove (10) and the cavity section (31); and a second sipe (33) that opens on the other main groove (11) and the cavity section (31). The depth of the main grooves (10), (11) is 3-6.5 mm. The value of the volume of the cavity section (31) is 3-5 times the sum of the cross-sectional area of the two main grooves (10), (11) sandwiching the land section (20). The lengths of the first sipe (32) and the second sipe (33) are each 10-25 mm.

L'invention concerne un pneumatique dont les performances de résistance au roulement et les performances de bruit sont améliorées sans réduire ses performances de stabilité de tenue de route. Le pneumatique (1) comporte : une section d'appui (20) délimitée entre deux rainures principales (10), (11) qui s'étendent dans la direction circonférentielle du pneu S ; et un résonateur (30) formé sur la section d'appui (20). Le résonateur (30) comporte : une section de cavité (31) qui est séparée des deux rainures principales (10), (11) et s'ouvre sur une surface (23) de la section d'appui (20) ; une première lamelle (32) qui s'ouvre sur une rainure principale (10) et la section de cavité (31) ; et une seconde lamelle (33) qui s'ouvre sur l'autre rainure principale (11) et la section de cavité (31). La profondeur des rainures principales (10), (11) est comprise entre 3 et 6,5 mm. La valeur du volume de la section de cavité (31) représente 3 à 5 fois la somme de la surface de section transversale des deux rainures principales (10), (11) prenant en sandwich la section d'appui (20). Les longueurs de la première lamelle (32) et de la seconde lamelle (33) sont chacune comprises entre 10 et 25 mm.
