A diaphragm valve (10) is provided with: a valve body (11) in which a first valve chamber (16), a second valve chamber (20), and a communicating path (22) providing communication between the two valve chambers are formed; a valve seat (23) formed in the communicating path; a valve mechanism (12) including a first diaphragm (24) supporting a valve body portion (24a), which comes into and out of contact with the valve seat, and a second diaphragm (25); a pressurizing unit (14) which, together with the valve body, sandwiches the outer periphery of the first diaphragm, and pressurizes the first diaphragm so as to press the valve body portion toward the valve seat; and a bonnet (13) which, together with the valve body, sandwiches the outer periphery of the second diaphragm. The pressurizing unit (14) is configured as an integrated unit internally holding a movable body (37) that moves in conjunction with the valve body portion (24a) via a stem (38).

L'invention concerne une soupape à diaphragme (10) comprenant : un corps de soupape (11) dans lequel sont formés une première chambre de soupape (16), une deuxième chambre de soupape (20) et un trajet de communication (22) établissant une communication entre les deux chambres de soupape ; un siège de soupape (23) formé dans le trajet de communication ; un mécanisme de soupape (12) comprenant un premier diaphragme (24) soutenant une partie corps de soupape (24a), qui vient en contact avec le siège de soupape et se sépare de celui-ci, et un deuxième diaphragme (25) ; une unité de mise sous pression (14) destinée, conjointement avec le corps de soupape, à prendre en sandwich la périphérie externe du premier diaphragme, et à mettre sous pression le premier diaphragme, de sorte à appuyer sur la partie corps de soupape en direction du siège de soupape ; et un capot (13) destiné, conjointement avec le corps de soupape, à prendre en sandwich la périphérie externe du deuxième diaphragme. L'unité de mise sous pression (14) est configurée sous la forme d'une unité intégrée contenant en son intérieur un corps mobile (37) qui se déplace conjointement avec la partie corps de soupape (24a) par l'intermédiaire d'une tige (38).
