Provided are a noise prevention resistor having prescribed noise suppression characteristics and a method for manufacturing the noise prevention resistor. This noise prevention resistor is provided with: a glass-fiber-only part 13 which includes a magnetic body material (ferrite) 15 allocated at or near the center, in the axial direction, of a core material 5 and which does not include a fixing agent outward in the circumferential direction of the magnetic body material 15; and a glass-fiber fixing agent-impregnated part 14 outward on the circumference of the part 13. By having this configuration, inductance for ensuring a noise suppression effect is acquired within a prescribed frequency range, and the noise prevention resistor functions as a noise filter which has a resonance frequency or a cutoff frequency within the prescribed frequency range.

L'invention concerne une résistance de prévention de bruit ayant des caractéristiques de suppression de bruit prescrites et un procédé de fabrication de la résistance de prévention de bruit. Cette résistance de prévention de bruit comprend : une partie uniquement en fibre de verre 13 qui comprend un matériau de corps magnétique (ferrite) 15 attribué au centre ou à proximité du centre, dans la direction axiale, un matériau de cœur 5 et qui ne comprend pas d'agent de fixation vers l'extérieur dans la direction circonférentielle du matériau de corps magnétique 15 ; et une partie imprégnée d'agent de fixation de fibre de verre 14 vers l'extérieur sur la circonférence de la partie 13. En ayant cette configuration, une inductance pour assurer un effet de suppression de bruit est acquise dans une plage de fréquences prescrite, et la résistance de prévention de bruit fonctionne comme un filtre de bruit qui a une fréquence de résonance ou une fréquence de coupure dans la plage de fréquences prescrite.

所定のノイズ抑制特性を備えた雑音防止抵抗器およびその製造方法を提供する。 芯材5の軸方向の略中心部に磁性体材料(フェライト)15を含有し、磁性体材料15の周方向外側に固着剤を含浸しないガラス繊維のみの部位13を備え、部位13の周方向外側にガラス繊維に固着剤の含浸部位14を備えた構成とする。これにより所定周波数範囲においてノイズ抑制効果を確保するためのインダクタンスが得られ、雑音防止抵抗器が所定周波数範囲内に共振周波数または遮断周波数を有するノイズフィルタとして機能する。
