An electrochemical device negative electrode according to the present invention is provided with a negative electrode core material and a negative electrode material layer supported by the negative electrode core material. The negative electrode material layer includes a carbon material. A surface layer part of the negative electrode material layer has a lithium carbonate-containing region with a thickness of 1-100 nm, for example. In the electrochemical device provided with this negative electrode, internal resistance is unlikely to increase.

Selon la présente invention, une électrode négative de dispositif électrochimique est pourvue d'un matériau de noyau d'électrode négative et d'une couche de matériau d'électrode négative supportée par le matériau de noyau d'électrode négative. La couche de matériau d'électrode négative comprend un matériau carboné. Une partie de couche de surface de la couche de matériau d'électrode négative a une région contenant du carbonate de lithium d'une épaisseur de 1-100 nm, par exemple. Dans le dispositif électrochimique pourvu de cette électrode négative, la résistance interne est peu susceptible d'augmenter.
