A monitoring device according to the present invention is installed in a vehicle, is communicatively connected to an on-board updating device storing configuration information for an on-board ECU to which an update program is to be applied, and monitors the on-board updating device, the monitoring device comprising a control unit that acquires the on-board ECU configuration information from the on-board updating device, wherein, when previously acquired first configuration information and currently acquired second configuration information differ, the control unit determines that the on-board updating device has been replaced, and performs a prescribed process.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de surveillance qui est installé dans un véhicule, est connecté en communication à un dispositif de mise à jour embarqué stockant des informations de configuration pour une unité de commande électronique (ECU) embarquée à laquelle un programme de mise à jour doit être appliqué, et surveille le dispositif de mise à jour embarqué, le dispositif de surveillance comprenant une unité de commande qui acquiert les informations de configuration d'ECU embarquée à partir du dispositif de mise à jour embarqué, lorsque des premières informations de configuration acquises précédemment et des secondes informations de configuration acquises actuellement diffèrent, l'unité de commande déterminant que le dispositif de mise à jour embarqué a été remplacé, et effectuant un processus prescrit.

監視装置は、車両に搭載され、更新プログラムの適用対象となる車載ECUの構成情報を記憶する車載更新装置と通信可能に接続され、該車載更新装置を監視する監視装置であって、前記車載更新装置から、前記車載ECUの構成情報を取得する制御部を備え、前記制御部は、前回取得した第1の構成情報と、今回取得した第2の構成情報とが異なる場合、前記車載更新装置は交換されたと判定し所定の処理を実行する。
