[Problem] To provide a method for producing a biodegradable resin composition containing a specific powder derived from eggshells, and also to provide a biodegradable resin composition and a molded article that are endowed with antimicrobial properties, biodegradability, mechanical strength, and heat resistance. [Solution] A method for producing a biodegradable resin composition, wherein the production method is characterized by including a step for mixing an eggshell powder and a biodegradable resin powder, and a step for melting and kneading the mixture after the mixing step, and moreover is characterized in that the eggshell powder and the biodegradable resin powder are each powders having an average grain size of 0.1-200 μm, and the ratio of the average grain sizes is within ±1000%.

La présente invention aborde le problème de la réalisation d'un procédé de production d'une composition de résine biodégradable contenant une poudre spécifique dérivée de coquilles d'œuf, et également de produire une composition de résine biodégradable et un article moulé qui sont dotés de propriétés antimicrobiennes, de biodégradabilité, de résistance mécanique et de résistance à la chaleur. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un procédé de production d'une composition de résine biodégradable, le procédé de production étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape de mélange d'une poudre de coquille d'œuf et d'une poudre de résine biodégradable, et une étape de fusion et de malaxage du mélange après l'étape de mélange, et il est en outre caractérisé en ce que la poudre de coquille d'œuf et la poudre de résine biodégradable sont chacune des poudres ayant une granulométrie moyenne allant de 0,1 à 200 µm, et le rapport des granulométries moyennes est compris dans la plage de ±1000 %.

【課題】卵殻由来の特定の粉末を含有する生分解性樹脂組成物を製造する方法を提供するとともに、抗菌性、生分解性、機械的強度及び耐熱性が付与された生分解性樹脂組成物及び成形品を提供すること。 【解決手段】生分解性樹脂組成物の製造方法であって、卵殻粉末と、生分解性樹脂粉末とを混合する工程、及び前記混合工程の後、該混合物を溶融混練する工程とを含み、前記卵殻粉末及び前記生分解性樹脂粉末は、それぞれ0.1μm~200μmの平均粒径を有する粉末であり、かつ、それらの平均粒径の比率が±1000%以内であることを特徴とする、製造方法。
