The purpose of the present invention is to provide a quick setting agent which is capable of suppressing decrease in adhesive properties during wet spray of a refractory, while being also capable of suppressing nozzle clogging and generation of dust, and which does not contain an alkali aluminate salt. The present invention provides a quick setting agent which contains an additive and a refractory material, and which is configured such that: the additive contains calcium hydroxide, at least one curing accelerator that is selected from among alumina cement and a silicate, and at least one specific powder material that is selected from among a sulfate, a carbonate, citric acid, a citrate, boric acid and a borate; the ratio of the content of the calcium hydroxide to the content of the curing accelerator, namely (content of calcium hydroxide)/(content of curing accelerator) is from 0.7 to 4 (inclusive); and the ratio of the total content of the calcium hydroxide and the curing accelerator to the content of the specific powder material, namely (total content of calcium hydroxide and curing accelerator)/(content of specific powder material) is from 1 to 10 (inclusive).

Le but de la présente invention concerne un agent de prise rapide qui est en mesure de supprimer une diminution des propriétés adhésives pendant la pulvérisation par voie humide d'un matériau réfractaire, tout en étant également en mesure de supprimer le colmatage de la buse et la génération de poussière, et qui ne contient pas de sel d'aluminate alcalin. La présente invention concerne un agent de prise rapide qui contient un additif et un matériau réfractaire et qui est conçu de telle sorte que : l'additif contient de l'hydroxyde de calcium, au moins un accélérateur de durcissement qui est choisi parmi le ciment d'alumine et un silicate et au moins un matériau en poudre spécifique qui est choisi parmi un sulfate, un carbonate, l'acide citrique, un citrate, l'acide borique et un borate ; le rapport de la teneur en hydroxyde de calcium à la teneur en accélérateur de durcissement, à savoir (teneur en hydroxyde de calcium)/(teneur en accélérateur de durcissement), est de 0,7 à 4 (valeurs extrêmes incluses) ; et le rapport de la teneur totale en hydroxyde de calcium et en accélérateur de durcissement à la teneur en matériau en poudre spécifique, à savoir (teneur totale en hydroxyde de calcium et en accélérateur de durcissement)/(teneur en matériau en poudre spécifique), est de 1 à 10 (valeurs extrêmes incluses).

本発明の目的は、耐火物の湿式吹き付け施工において、付着性の低下を抑制できるとともにノズル閉塞及び発塵の発生も抑制できる、アルミン酸アルカリ塩を含まない急結剤を提供することにある。本発明は、添加剤と、耐火材料とを含み、前記添加剤は、水酸化カルシウムと、アルミナセメント及び珪酸塩から選択される少なくとも一種の硬化促進剤と、硫酸塩、炭酸塩、クエン酸、クエン酸塩、ホウ酸及びホウ酸塩から選択される少なくとも一種の特定粉末材料と、を含み、前記水酸化カルシウムの含有量と前記硬化促進剤の含有量との比(前記水酸化カルシウムの含有量/前記硬化促進剤の含有量)が0.7以上4以下であり、前記水酸化カルシウム及び前記硬化促進剤の合量と前記特定粉末材料の含有量との比(前記水酸化カルシウム及び前記硬化促進剤の合量/前記特定粉末材料の含有量)が1以上10以下である急結剤を提供する。
